5 /5 That Amateur Gaming Guy: The only reason I even bank here is Michelle. She is always so kind and courteous to me. The very last thing I need is a rude teller like my last bank. Keep up the good work girls! Youre doing great.

3 /5 Nicole Gabriel: Overall its just like any other bank. Everyone at this location has always been very helpful and friendly when I go in. Never had any problems or been given a hard time. They have plenty of parking. Wide variety of designs to choose from for your bank card. They have a notery aswell that doesnt cost anything to have notarized. They are opened from 9am-12noon on Saturday aswell. Always have lots of staff on hand to help with various things.

1 /5 Jen S: Went on at 11:10 on a Saturday to open a new account and was told "were not going to have time today". Seriously? Ive opened other bank accounts in my life and it doesnt take 50 minutes. Guess Ill be taking my money elsewhere.

4 /5 B Sandra (SLBCoffee): I have been with M&T over 20years and banked at this location, Elbridge and the Tops, (closed for some years now) . The staff has had some turnover so they dont know me as they used to. Have ID ready and be compliant to bank practices and there should be no issues. The tellers probably could be friendler, but maybe they all are having stressfull days.. Most seem to count the minutes to closing time. I Try to bank online and ATM as much as possible to avoid the stress.

2 /5 Aaron Ackerman: Was good when I was local. Moved across the country. Closed my account. They mailed me the check. Keep telling me different dates on when my money will be here. No tracking on my life savings. Nothing. No help, wont wire ny funds. Irresponsible. Dont bank here
