Installed defective alternator.brought it back twice ….and was told alternator was good even thou battery lite was on .My daughter was almost in a serious accident as car just lost power and steering while driving ..Firestone diagnosed the alternator as defective and fixed it in 3 hours .When I complained ..they insulted me !!

5 /5 Steven Pierno: Had an awesome time, staff was very honest. Got stuck within 15 minutes and turned around. The trails this time of year are impassible by my truck, I never knew this. I was also one of the first trucks on the trail for the season, this was also a negative as no one knew the conditions. they refunded my gate fee and were respectful and honest about it. Thank you BHM Offroad, I look forward to trying again a little later in the season when things dry up!
