Leslie Dume First time at this dentist office and I had a great experience! Probably one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had if I’m being frank. The office was overall very clean and they have up to date equipment which helped provide a very thorough exam. All of the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lopez was very communicative and mentioned every step of what was being done which minimizes any surprises. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, respectful, and nice, which set a positive tone right from the start. Nicole London I have so much anxiety about going to the dentist and haven’t been for some time. But Alas I had to face my fears and get to a dentist. I searched and searched to find a place that would understand my fear, a place where I would feel comfortable and the staff would be patient and gentle. I found that place in Sky Dental!!! I was so nervous, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming front desk staff. One kind person that checked me in was very encouraging when I mentioned my anxiety, they assured me that I would be well taken care of. It definitely relaxed me a little and the beautiful waiting helped, although I didn’t sit more than 5 minutes before I was called in. The dental assistant was very kind, she explained everything that would take place during the visit and assured me I was in good hands, and I truly appreciated that. Danny the Hygienist and Dr. Puzio were both wonderful – they made feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’m so glad I found Sky Dental; I can’t believe I’m actually looking forward to my next dental visit!! Wonderful, Kind Professional Staff in a beautiful space that takes the fear out of going to the dentist!! Love It!!

Rachel Green Lily is fantastic hygienist - gentle and kind. The dentists and the oral surgeon are good too. Worth it just be prepared - the office manager is rude (doesn’t listen, cuts you off and is condescending) and they try to get you to do X-rays every 6 months which is unnecessary and not covered by my insurance. If you go in there with a positive attitude and ready to advocate for yourself, you’ll be fine lol.

Noel Tarantino Expert dental fully focuses on profit over patients in a way that is borderline predatory. As mentioned in other comments, after your cleaning/check up they will aggressively intimidate and upsell you on procedures that they insist are medically necessary and highly urgent (but on second opinion are not). One example is a root canal they told me I needed to get as soon as possible. They rushed me through options and basically told me I needed a root canal asap because my tooth (that didn’t bother me) looked iffy on the X-rays. They also told me I Needed the most expensive crown (because the other less expensive one that insurance covers would look “cheap” and fall out eventually etc.). They did not want to let me leave the office without scheduling and paying for the procedure in full, barely giving me a minute to even think about all of the info they’d given. I walked away and told them I needed to consider my options and asking if we could just monitor the tooth and assess at subsequent appointments. After deciding not to move forward, the sales woman became aggressive and got mad at me for not going through with a payment in that moment. From that point on, whenever I had a cleaning on the schedule, they would call me the day before and cancel the appointment, pushing it to the following month (they did this several times). Eventually I saw a new dentist who agreed the tooth didn’t even need a root canal and that we could monitor and assess in future appointments. They did a similar thing to my husband who they insisted needed his wisdom teeth out asap. And when he told them he would wait because they didn’t bother him, the salesperson got mad and the practice retaliated by last-minute cancelling his cleanings several times and rescheduling a month out at a time. Do not go here if you want a dentist who cares about you and your needs and doesn’t just want to drill/cut into your mouth at any chance they can make $$.

Everything is explained clearly, and they give you options before starting any procedure, which I really appreciate. Dr. Khafi is very nice and professional. Bryant Where do I start with this place. On the day I went I was supposed do a dental cleaning with a complete different dental office and they canceled on me 30 mins before my appointment after confirming multiple times, I was furious cause it made me miss out of a whole day of work. However I called this place in the middle of the afternoon, and it was just for a simple cleaning, they were able to take me in that same day and mind you I’m a new patient. I was attended by Fabian and he did and incredible job he was super friendly and very informative and so was everyone in the office. Probably the best dental experience Ive had in long time. Im super happy I found you guys. This place deserves every bit of this 5 star review more if possible. A big thank you to the entire staff I will definitely be coming back.

I recommend them to my friends. I love the location & hope they open up one in Westchester soon as I commute to the city specifically to go to this dentist office. I’m never waiting more than 5 min to be seen, I’m told of the cost if any upfront & they keep my informed of what my teeth need.

A L When I first visit this place I was so excited the esthetics and cleanliness was a plus for me but as time progress I noticed a pattern of the employees not really able to answer questions about charges and instead of giving you options for treatments they seem to choose the most expensive ones and maxing out insurance then you have to pay out of pocket. But I have reached my peak and is entirely now a turned off as I was given a treatment plan with the cost that I agreed to. But only to show up for the next visit to be slapped with an additional few hundred dollars. On top of that I think they book so many appointments and I feel like the dentist is rushing your process to get to the next resulting in incorrect impressions for a crown. There’s no way they messed up the same crown twice and I will now have to go back a third time. After this I’m completely done with this place and I will be seeking a new dentist. I’m completely turned off from this place! Expensive , doesn’t give patients options to choose for treatments , and just a complete rip off, almost like fast fashion. I’m very upset but I’ll just take my loss and move on !

Josie P. I love this place their very professional, friendly and polite. They always will see you at your scheduled appointment. You dont have to wait to be seen. I love my dentist Dr. Scott Levitz is the best and every other dentist that I have seen in passed when I had an emergency. I love that fact that you get to build a relationship with your dentist and they dont pressure you in getting things done that you dont need. The premise is very clean and modern. I love that they have a small refrigerator full complimentary bottles of water. The restrooms are very clean and also are dentist area. I appreciate that they have a variety of staff like hygienists, medical assistants, receptionists, oral surgeons, dentist and a financial person. Theyve tried very hard to work with you as much as they can and they also help you make financial arrangements if youre not able to pay in full. Theyre open 7 days of the week and their willingness to schedule you in right away especially if youre having an emergency. I highly recommend this place with my eyes closed. You wont regret it!

I come in every 6 months, my cleaning today was with Jessica (Jess) and she is honestly amazing. Very thorough, explained every step as she cleaned and was so patient. Kat Mabel Really enjoyed my hygienist and dentist, but unfortunately billing and insurance is a total nightmare here at tend dental Wall Street. I got a random bill 7 months later for $500 for a cleaning my insurance covers. I’ve spoken to 4 member specialists via email and provided the same insurance information several times because they accidentally opened up two duplicative files for me. The lack of communication and constant follow-up required on why my claim wasn’t submitted yet drove me to just pay the bill because of a collections email warning. They told me to pay and wait for a reimbursement, but I wouldn’t be surprised if that reimbursement doesn’t process because tend has had my info for months now and have taken no action.

Lilia is a fantastic hygienist, along with being personable and attentive, does an amazing job. Recently started seeing Dr. Stump who’s been great. And Glennys at the front desk has been very responsive and handled some of my billing issues very well.

Jodi T It was not too difficult to get an appointment. Dentist was competent and my crowns fit well. The process was more painful than my other crowns though. The worst part is the paperwork, which was not submitted for one of the procedures despite calling the office repeatedly. My other procedure was submitted incorrectly (wrong code and wrong tooth) and hence denied. The dental office just did not even bother to resubmit the correct information. Again, I called and got the standard “we’ll look into it” brush off.

Kenny cruz Beware this organization will not REFUND you any money that you are ENTITLED TO. I visited this dental center several months ago and I was robbed. I was asked to pay a large amount of money upfront for a dental procedure that my insurance verified they were going to cover. I was told as soon as my insurance pays them they will immediately return my money. Several months later countless visits to the center and several emails TO SUPERVISORS Im still getting the runaround. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY! P.S. I have all the documentation that the insurance company paid the bill.

HANDSOME DICK MANITOBA I don’t understand 4.6. I don’t understand at 70 years old and negative New Yorkers absolutely the worst experience I ever had in a doctor or dentist office. It wasn’t even an experience. I called seven times left email messages left voice messages. Finally I walked over there 5:40. They said online they’re open till six. A man with a mop wave me off. I said I just wanna ask somebody a question. I walked eight blocks. He said there’s nobody here at that moment. A nurse walked by I said may I please just ask you a question she goes leave a message I go ma’am I left seven messages. They kept saying they’ll call me back even the little guy that comes on to ask you questions gave me all bad information and they wouldn’t let me open the door at 20 to 6 to ask a couple of questions this is the mostunprofessional evil horrible dental office I’ve ever had in 70 years.

Cingular 789 I always had a fear of dentist imagining the worst pain possible but since Ive been going to this location everything has been put to the side they are kind patient-friendly and gentle.
