1 /5 Matt Oppel: brought my car to them to have a power steering belt installed (i supplied the new belt )with me , and have a new front tire mounted (supplied the new tire ) . was charged 370$ . Left shop , heard a belt squealing less then a mile down road but stopped . My gf and her kids are driving and the car lost all electrical power and stalled out and would not start again . paid 150$ for a tow back to my house , popped hood and immediately see that my serpentine belt was gone and I see THE BLET TENSIONER BOLT WAS COMPLETELY LEFT OFF THE BRACKET AND NEVER REINSTALLED AFTER THEY DID THE BELT ! so i had to then pay 50$ for a taxi to autozome and back , purchase a serpentine belt for 24$ and spend about an hour getting that installed . the car runs again but since that belt powers the crankshaft my timing is off now . I Go to chelsey’s the next day and the dude was rude right off the get go said he’s not paying for the tow and offered to cover the 24$ to cover the cost of the belt i had to get . Made me sick , so after me basically begging for him to make it right he refunded me 87$ for the labor and 24$ for the belt. And refused to do anything about the timing problem caused by this ! Please do not give this place your business . I understand people make mistakes , but when you do you gotta make it right and i’m still out over 150$ and who knows how much the timing problem will take to fix .
