3 /5 Keitlyn almazan: I recently visited this nail salon for a simple manicure, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the service. First off, the nail technician seemed to rush through the process. They applied the nail polish but didn’t put on enough coats, which I didnt notice until I left the salon. I had to go back to get another coat, which shouldnt be necessary if the technician knew what they were doing.
During the appointment, I also felt a bit uncomfortable. I didnt understand what one of the technicians was saying, and another technician, who was working on someone elses nails, seemed to make fun of me. This was really embarrassing.
To make things worse, the nail polish they used was supposed to be long-lasting, but it started coming off way too soon. When I tried to remove it with regular nail polish remover, it wouldnt come off. I ended up having to file down the nail polish, which I dont think is normal at all. The nail polish was being a real pain to come off. It started getting all messy after the appointment, and I thought it was supposed to be dry by then. But nope, I had to file them down to get rid of it. Honestly, that just doesnt seem right, does it?
Overall, the service was just okay, but the quality of the manicure was poor. I wont be returning to this salon.
