5 /5 PhilYouIn: Visited the Opthamologist department on the second floor. Lots of seating in the waiting room, which was good because the place was packed. Was called in at 12:15 for my noon appointment, which was fine with me. Office is a labyrinth of exam rooms and waiting rooms, all spotlessly clean. Everyone working there is friendly and knowledgeable, and behaved professionally. Terrific experience.

5 /5 Mitch C: Dr. Burris is an amazing physician. She is an excellent and skilled clinician who is thoughtful, compassionate and patient. You never feel rushed and she is never dismissive of your complaints and choices. I have never had an issue with either this physician or her staff. I have recommended Dr. Burris to many of my friends and family members, including my wife. And they have all had great results. I would definitely recommend her.

5 /5 Waletzky Joshua (Waletzky Music): Dr. Burris caught a skin cancer in a hard-to-see spot when I first came to see her (with an unrelated complaint, which turned out to be innocuous). The level of care in the years since then have continued to be to the highest standard. She has my unqualified recommendation!

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center - New York Kathy Keller: This is been my hospital since I moved here 33 years ago. I have Crohns disease and I have been in every single part of the place I think. Imaging, blood work, inpatient, surgery, surgical procedures, doctors offices. The dedication and superior treatment I have received is beyond expressing. Sure you meet the odd grouchy or unfriendly medical personnel but considering what theyre being asked to do Im not surprised especially in the age of covid. I have had my life saved at least three times and my quality of life given back to me. Now that my husband has pancreatic cancer the treatment he is receiving in oncology surgery imaging blood work is beyond belief. We would never go anywhere else.

My birth experience was truly magical, thanks to the incredible team. Words cant fully express how grateful I am. It felt like I was in a five-star hotel, and I never wanted to leave. To my surgeon and all the nurses, thank you for taking such wonderful care of me. A special thank you to Cynthia (RN) for being so kind and patient with me. North General Hospital - New York Francisca Cortes: My experience has not been very good, especially with the security who is checking the bags before entering the hospital, they are very arrogant, they even take your wallet with the tips of your fingers as if you stink, oh, we are going to infect them with something, you feel uncomfortable, I dont I am against them checking the backpacks that is very good but the attitude of the security uuf
New York Medicine Doctors - New York David Esteban Velandia Fracica: I went to see Dr. Motta, he was very professional and friendly. He solved my issues and answered all of my concerns. All necessary test was done at the office which was very convenient for me ☺️. Also, it was easier and faster to book an appointment through their website instead of Zocdoc!

Midtown Health Center - New York Pierre Mondesir: I love the Midtown Health Center. I used to receive my care at Brooklyn Family Medical Office but I prefer the care at Midtown. I really like the medical care I receive from Dr. Ponomarev. I love my foot doctor Dr. Kathleen Fallon, she always helps me and she gives good treatment. She even called my previous knee surgeon when that Doctor gave up on me and she spoke to the office on my behalf. I also saw Dr. Baig my Neurologist only one time at Harlem Center and he gave me good treatment too.
NewYork-Presbyterian David H. Koch Center - New York Michael Emerson: No complaints at all about the services I received here in fact the sonogram and cardiac MRI staff was exceptional from reception to the technicians. My review is about the building design. Specifically there is a long slanted ramp inside a medical building. I just dont quite understand who or why this is inside a medical building. Maybe it was necessary but Id love to take the designers and see them go up a ramp that long in a wheelchair. Then I would sit at the bottom of this ramp and watch them accelerate down the ramp in a wheelchair as they grind their hands on the wheels to slow down before they pick up speed. Them I would ask them why they would put this in a medical building. Im not exactly frail but going down this incline wasnt fun. Going up it would take some strength, I cant even imagine a older or sick person being able to do it at all without help. But I didnt see one building employee aside from security guards. Im hoping that theres a reason it has to be designed that way and for all I know theres other ways in and out that are more user friendly but I was taken to the building by someone who knew the building so apparently thats the best option, enter doors, go up incline, then you get to security-check in area. To leave go down incline to doors. Not impossible at all but just an unusual design for a medically oriented building IMO.
Mount Sinai Medical Center - New York Selt Gjergjova: I recently visited this hospital for a bad sinus infection and had to get surgery for it. I stayed 3 days and everyone was very hospitable and respectful and took very good care of me. From the moment I stepped in the hospital, everyone was so kind and helpful unlike a lot of the other hospitals here in NYC. I would recommend anyone to go here for your health needs. God bless everyone who works here and fight every day to save people’s lives.
NYC Health Hospitals/Woodhull - Brooklyn Cierra Toney: ATTENTION, please read this!!! I want to thank Dr. Spencer Lin for making my surgery today quick and painless. He is the best oral surgeon at Woodhull Hospital and I wouldnt dare sit in anyone else chair! WHY? For many reasons; he was informative about the risks, the procedure itself, and the after care. The 3 needles administered to numb my mouth were the most painless needles that Ive ever had in my life, I didnt even shed a tear. I am also so grateful for PA. Ingrid Brown whom was very courteous and polite as Dr. Lin. I definitely noticed her detail of cleanliness which may not be a big deal to most but it is! She also assisted Dr. Lin during the procedure and I couldnt be more happier to be in the best hands possible. Thank you Dr. Lin and PA. Brown for contributing to the best dental experience ever and I wish you both the best of luck in this new year with your health and career!
Mount Sinai Medical Center - New York Paul Casale: was diagnosed with advanced bladder cancer in October2024 i decided to have bladder removed, the urologist refered me to geriatrics to evaluate me for surgery stated it is to improve the patients outcome the geriatics say i amnot strong enough forthe surgery i am 73 yrs old,so why they wait for me to get stronger the cancer could be growing and spreading, called Sloan Kettring cancer hospital and while i was on the phone they allready had my records from mount sinai
