5 /5 Michele Adamski: I cant say enough good things about Dr. McCausland and the team at Cornerstone Veterinary! Our miniature schnauzer needed surgery, and from the first consultation to the post-op care, they provided exceptional service. They explained everything in detail, answered all our questions, and treated our dog with the utmost care and compassion. The surgery went smoothly, and the recovery process was well-managed with clear instructions and follow-ups.
What truly impressed me was their responsiveness when I dropped in without an appointment as soon as they opened on a Monday morning. The issue wasn’t due to the surgery, but rather my dog’s diabetes and the slow healing that often comes with it. Despite having no appointment, they immediately took my boy to the back, addressed our concerns with patience and expertise, and went above and beyond to provide the care and reassurance we needed.
On top of that, anytime I had questions, I could call the clinic, and Dr. McCausland himself would personally take the time to answer and address all my concerns.
To top it all off, the cost of this surgery at Cornerstone was half of what I paid for the same procedure at another vet. Exceptional care at a fair price is rare to find, and I’m so grateful we chose them.
The staff is lovely, and its clear they truly care about their patients.
