1 /5 Eleanor Murray: I called early today (May 6, 2022) to change my Tuesday, May 10 appointment. A woman named Angela said "Schenectady calls" were forwarded to her but she could not change the appointment. She promised to have the Schenectady staff call me back.
Nope. Not a word. In this day and age most doctors offices like as much notice as possible about appointment changes.
BTW I tried to call the office again but they were not there and do not allow messages to be left! Additionally, the NY Nephrology Groups website was identified as unsafe by Verizon. This was the only stalwart site available.
Im doing all I can to demonstrate appropriate patient practices.and not be marked as a "no show."
EDIT: Mon 5/9/2022. Sure enough, I got a call today TO CONFIRM MY APPT TOMORROW! The woman was defensive and dismissive when I tried to explain that it was a problem that she never got my message. Where is the professionalism? Sigh
