1 /5 Colin Kizer: The nurses and doctors at this office are absolutely wonderful, but are completely overshadowed by the fact attempting to get ahold of this office is impossible. Option 3 will send you to a guy who is absolutely condescending and useless, and noone from the reception office will pick up, and if you leave a message they never return it. Never been so hard to get forms for school.

1 /5 Sabrina Ramgoolam: There are the worse, my kids physical appointments has been rescheduled numerous times because they keep canceling last minute or wait for when you show up then say we tried calling you. We have jobs as well and we can’t keep taking time off my kids were due since October and they kept canceling and still we cannot seem to get an appointment and they’re so rude not even apologizing for their screw ups. This hospital is not was it was a few years ago.

1 /5 Anthony Gray: My son has had a cough for months now, we have been trying to get him checked out but the office wouldn’t let us make an appointment because he needs to come in for a walk in for a sick visit, but then when trying to bring him in for a walk in, they wouldn’t see him because it’s “not a sick visit”. On top of that, when you leave a message for a nurse to call you back, don’t hold your breathe because they aren’t going to ever return your call. This is only the most recent issues we’ve had, stay away from this place

1 /5 Brooklyn Italiano: If it wasn’t for Dr Sovanna I would have left this practice a long time ago. The nurse practitioner don’t care about the kids that come into this office. The nurses are no better at all. My husband brought my 2 yr old in who had allergy reactions to the second antibiotic within 3 weeks she had an ear infection that both the nurse, the doctor and nurse practitioner all were recorded saying her right ear was red and inflamed. Just for them to back track and say it was just a little pink and they would not give discharge papers to show she was at the drs. They would not prescribe her another antibiotics for the ear infection that has been causing my daughter to feel very ill, stay up Crying at night due to pain, she’s refusing to eat because her ear hurts. Instead they told my husband to bring her home and let it heal on its own even know she’s had this same ear infection since Thanksgiving. But has been having reactions to amoxicillin than was put on Cefdinir which is a cross of the amoxicillin family which would explain why she has a reaction to yet another antibiotic. I’m so disgusted with this drs office they literally should be shut down with how they treat ppl and don’t care about young children. So I now have to bring my baby to urgent care after working since 5 am just to get the treatment she should’ve gotten this morning from her drs office. I’ll be making some phone calls die to the incident that happened today that dr and nurse practitioner should lose there jobs and should never be able to work with kids again.

1 /5 Stacy Monforte: Sad you have to wait for a nurse to call you bad to get any kind of appointment for a child. And for the man the answers the phone (Mark) to say haven’t your kids ever been sick before. No guess we now call the doctors office to have a party.
