Elmira Psychiatric Center - Elmira Ashlynn Letzelter: I stayed at EPC for a month back in 2022 when I was 14/15 years old. Upon arrival to EPC from a previous hospital I was at, I felt I had no idea what was going on except the fact I was losing my voice, the general respect everyone deserves, and any chance to feel happy. The whole place feels and looks like it should have been shut down years ago. While I stayed at EPC I wondered if they found the staff off the street, in a way of they were all miserable snd under qualified. Few staff members were kind to me. One male staff even became rude to me after making me uncomfortable by making me sit in my room and talk to him about my dead father and mental issues, and just because I didnāt like him. A group of staff yelled at me and other kids for trying to be respectful about the discussion of THC buisness. Because of the discussion a nurse even threatened to not have me leave me planned day. There was another male staff you liked to get flirty with the almost 18 year old. I witnessed a little boy go psycho on everyone and tried to escape and kill people, and he left two days laterā¦ DONT SEND YOUR KID HERE. If your child is mentally unwell, thereās better hospitals. This place is so rundown, prison like, freezing cold, and full of creepy people, if your kid is mentally ill all this place is going to do is slap a sticker on you and give you a pill. And EPC if your going to post videos about how luxurious your looney bin is on YouTube at least mention that even as a child you have no right to tell untrusted staff to even leave your room when they make you uncomfortable because you have no rights there and you have no choice. Tariq Hussain, MD - Norwich Harvey Z: I had a full knee replacement by Dr. Tariq Hussain, an orthopedic surgeon at Chenango Hospital in Norwich, NY. I can only offer accolades for the Dr. Hussain and his surgical team. My recovery was prompt and the Hospital staff was excellent.
CVPH - Part of the UVM Health Network - Plattsburgh August Grom Jr: Spent almost 3 hrs in the surgical waiting room. From the start, a "security " guard stood there flirting for almost a half hour. Once he left, one of the receptionist did nothing but cough. Not in a mask, not in her hand but out on everything that her spit could touch. The receptionist sitting next to her has done nothing but talk on her cell phone or look up food to eat..... not really what I like at hospital when people are trying to get treatment..... do better
Plattsburgh Family Health - Plattsburgh Joe Congelosi: I have the best Doctor Ive ever had, and Ive been around 70+ years. She listens, and asks all the right questions, put her diagnosis into action immediately. She had me walk next store to get X-rays pronto. Always the right prescriptions with 100% success. Shes my doctor forever!
