CVPH - Part of the UVM Health Network - Plattsburgh August Grom Jr: Spent almost 3 hrs in the surgical waiting room. From the start, a "security " guard stood there flirting for almost a half hour. Once he left, one of the receptionist did nothing but cough. Not in a mask, not in her hand but out on everything that her spit could touch. The receptionist sitting next to her has done nothing but talk on her cell phone or look up food to eat..... not really what I like at hospital when people are trying to get treatment..... do better
Plattsburgh Family Health - Plattsburgh Joe Congelosi: I have the best Doctor Ive ever had, and Ive been around 70+ years. She listens, and asks all the right questions, put her diagnosis into action immediately. She had me walk next store to get X-rays pronto. Always the right prescriptions with 100% success. Shes my doctor forever!
Cvph - Plattsburgh Shauna Connell: Today January 15, 2024, I went to CVPH @ 1:45pm for Abdominal pain in and around my belly button. They checked me in and I waited two hours before they brought me in the ER and took an ultrasound sound where I was told I needed blood work and a CT scan down. Then I waited an hour and a half to forty five minutes waiting for blood work. They ended up doing the blood work at 6:15 PM and then they told me they would be back out to get me once the results were in from my blood work, which then it was two hours later they still havenāt came to get me. I went up to the receptionist desk and asked when I was gonna get my CT scan, and she tells me I have no clue. We have to see how many patients there were before you, mind you Iāve been there since 1:45 in severe pain! I waited from 6:30-8:00 waiting and waiting but nobody bothered to give me answers or get me in for my CT scan. The services were absolutely ridiculous and disappointing! I will never go back to this hospital! Alice Hyde Medical center in malone does so much better at their services than this place any day!
