4 /5 linda swisher: I am very happy with the care from all the people that work in this facility. I have been going there for 5+ years for post breast cancer surgery. My doctor has been very good and does my exams each time I return. It was every 6 months but I have graduated to once a year. No complaints from me and I previously worked in the medical field through out my working days so I know how some days can be very hectic .

5 /5 Louise OConnor: The staff at the Falck Cancer Center deserve kudos because of the work they do every day to support so many patients who come to them very ill and afraid. In some cases, there is no cure available but the staff provides every possible treatment and comfort to help the patient and family on a very difficult path to enjoy as much time together as is possible. The victories of total healing are few and far between with cancer and the staff does a fantastic job helping patients achieve that goal. We are blessed as a community to have such a professional group of specialists so available to us.

5 /5 KAthy M: Doctor and most of the staff is great but we will only go there when my husband has his 6 month follow up appointments. Your set up for processing patients at the front desk to get blood work or see a doctor is a waste of patients time. Put your name on a clipboard you arent told you have to do and even though they know you were there first they take a person who comes in after you because they sign that clipboard. Why dont you give out #s ar least it would be first come first serve. Now after you check in they tell you to sit in that outter waiting room till someone comes and gets you. Also the former receptionist is now the one who schedules future appointments and from our past interaction with her as the receptionist I dont want to deal with her. Have no choice every 6 months but wish we did.

5 /5 TTT: THE STAFF HERE ARE INCREDIBLE!!! THEY TAKE GREAT CARE OF ALL OF US. THE LIVE AND SUPPORT THEY SHARE WITH US IS AMAZING AND GREATLY APPRECIATED

1 /5 Kevin Carroll: Be well informed on their practices and policies regarding insurance payments. Their billing department is in a shambles. Supposed to be participating provider Network Empire will not authorize them as providers.
