5 /5 Thomas Fairchild sr.: Well today 9/13/2021 my veteran appointment was extremely important to me, and as expected went well, a timely appointment, the nurse ,my blood pressure was good.got a shingle shot,ammonia shot, appt for flue shot and tetna shot ,and appt for eyes and blood work to be done,and the doctor was excellent. As a veteran am very pleased.and I thank my country and the people who care for us veterans ,I know am in good hands, thank you its a good feeling knowing they try there very best to care for us veterans.

5 /5 Andy Martin: Staff is amazing. The docs and other docs are simply amazing. You can tell that everyone there cares for veterans. They wouldnt deal with us if they didnt truly care and you can tell that they do. Once these masks come off I cant wait to see all their beautiful smiles.

Jennifer Bly: Arnot Medical Centers Interventional Cardiology Department has been fantastic. Dr. Jagdesh Kandala has been my cardiologist for almost a year. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as an excellent work ethic to AOMC. Hes compassionate and takes the time to explain my diagnosis, prognosis and treatment in language a layman can understand. He listens and takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. Having come from larger medical centers, he was able to identify the root of my issue even though its very rare. I owe him everything because he truly saved my life. Without his diligence, it may have continued to be unrealized and I may have not been here to write this review. His office staff is very attentive, genuine and compassionate. They return calls and emails in an informational and conversational manner and not in a cold factual manner. Id recommend Dr Kandala to anyone to be their cardiologist. I trust him with my life.

Ashlynn Letzelter: I stayed at EPC for a month back in 2022 when I was 14/15 years old. Upon arrival to EPC from a previous hospital I was at, I felt I had no idea what was going on except the fact I was losing my voice, the general respect everyone deserves, and any chance to feel happy. The whole place feels and looks like it should have been shut down years ago. While I stayed at EPC I wondered if they found the staff off the street, in a way of they were all miserable snd under qualified. Few staff members were kind to me. One male staff even became rude to me after making me uncomfortable by making me sit in my room and talk to him about my dead father and mental issues, and just because I didn’t like him. A group of staff yelled at me and other kids for trying to be respectful about the discussion of THC buisness. Because of the discussion a nurse even threatened to not have me leave me planned day. There was another male staff you liked to get flirty with the almost 18 year old. I witnessed a little boy go psycho on everyone and tried to escape and kill people, and he left two days later… DONT SEND YOUR KID HERE. If your child is mentally unwell, there’s better hospitals. This place is so rundown, prison like, freezing cold, and full of creepy people, if your kid is mentally ill all this place is going to do is slap a sticker on you and give you a pill. And EPC if your going to post videos about how luxurious your looney bin is on YouTube at least mention that even as a child you have no right to tell untrusted staff to even leave your room when they make you uncomfortable because you have no rights there and you have no choice. I could say more but there’s my review

August Grom Jr: Spent almost 3 hrs in the surgical waiting room. From the start, a "security " guard stood there flirting for almost a half hour. Once he left, one of the receptionist did nothing but cough. Not in a mask, not in her hand but out on everything that her spit could touch. The receptionist sitting next to her has done nothing but talk on her cell phone or look up food to eat..... not really what I like at hospital when people are trying to get treatment..... do better

Dot Donahue: No major complaints. I noticed the score was a lowly 2.7 and that doesnt seem fair. Ive been going here for about 15 years. If youre lucky enough to get Dr. Cabrera, youre set for life. She covers everything! The place is very clean. The air is pleasant. Staff is nice. MyChart is extremely useful. I can easily request appointments and medication refills, and even email a nurse with any random health question. Test results are available on the site within a few hours! One of the best features is they alert you when an earlier appt opens up, and you can accept it through the portal. It also has tons of your health records accessible, even from 15 years ago! Sure there are some downsides. But those issues would apply to any large doctors office, and they dont deter my 5⭐ rating.
