5 /5 Eddie James: Having to go to the ER can be your worst day but having the right nurses and doctors there can really make a difference for you. Hello my name is Devon and I recently had to go to the ER twice in one week which absolutely no one wants to do. My experience at the Catskill hospital in Harris was absolutely amazing both times! Andrew the Pa in the er is absolutely outstanding in how he takes care of you but most importantly how he speaks to you and takes the time to understand you. You are not just a number. Percilla the nurse in the er is right there with him along with Michelle and the discharge nurse Erin was also pretty amazing! Thank you to you all! Remember people their jobs are extremely hard to do and kindness from patients goes a long way as well as being patient with the team of doctors and nurses caring for you.

5 /5 Jessie Moore: Wonderful experience from to the ED, to an overnight stay, to the OR. The staff was wonderful and very attentive to my sister. We usually go to Middletown, but their ED wait time was very long so we tried Harris. Honestly, I’m glad we did!

5 /5 May Meyers: Posting this review on behalf of a family member: I recently visited Garnet Medical Center radiology and lab in Harris, New York for testing. I wanted to commend nurse Natasha for her exceptional service. I have mobility issues, and had challenges that I was ready to give up on. Natasha persisted and came up with creative solutions to make sure I was comfortable and cared for, before and during my procedure. She was professional, cheerful, efficient and very caring. Everything you want in a healthcare provider. I should also mention my Radiologist, Archet, who guided me through my procedure with a level of professionalism and compassion that deserves recognition. Garnet Medical is very lucky to have Natasha and Archet on your staff.

2 /5 Bill Kass: When you read these reviews for Garnet Health you might think that they arent the best, you would be right. My 97 year old father was in the Emergency room for 7 hours and was thrown into a small crowded room with 3 other patients and a bunch of annoying flies. He was never given anything to drink or eat. I asked the receptionist if they could get him something to eat, he laughed at me, told me this was the EMERGENCY ROOM and that my father wasnt one of the more important patients. The receptionist and I also had a completely different definition of the word, "recently".

David Greco: Worst Office around. No help trying to get patients in. They do not do reminder calls and book appointments months out. If you are a few minutes late they will try to reschedule your appointment months out for you. If you call the office at 8am when they are open they won’t answer the phone until 8:30. The answering service will also tell you the office doesn’t open until 8:45 when they are actually open at 8. Worst medical services around. Been trying to get appointments for 6 months and now I’ll be going to a new Doctor office.

Lisa Lines: Sebastian Martorano is a Physician Assistant not a doctor! Had he read my husbands chart he could see he sufferes from chronic pain, instead he did not renew his pain medications that have worked for 15 years leaving him no ween of course, he told him to just sit back for a couple of days and he will be fine. I was livid, this place will pull all your medications they think are not necessary, even though they have worked for years! This PA tried to give him other medications that have severe side effect. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH.

Jessica Lynn: I don’t normally bother to write reviews but I had such a positive experience at this urgent care, I wanted to share it. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate me from the moment I walked in the door. My insurance can be difficult to navigate but the nice lady at reception went the extra mile to figure it out for me. She was kind, friendly and helpful. The gentleman who did my intake was warm, sympathetic and completely professional. We chatted pleasantly but more importantly, I felt he took my health concerns seriously. I had a couple of things going on and he listened to everything I said, asking questions about the details to make sure the clinician who would be seeing me would have all the pertinent information. After being shown to my room, where I only waited briefly, a lovely practitioner showed up. She went over my concerns and addressed each one. I was given the health tests I needed and a professional exam and assessment. She was nice, attentive and methodical and I didn’t feel at all rushed. The whole experience only took an hour. The facility was very clean and the entire staff was professional, kind and excellent. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone.

Lisa Jarvis: This group has been my general practice provider for 17 years. The service has only gotten better with the move to the new facility which includes x-ray on the premises. Dr. Johnson is the kind of old-fashioned GP one doesnt see much of anymore-Always takes time to ask in depth questions and provide comprehensive care. In addition, the pricing is fair and I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be taken in. I dont know what the bad reviewers are on about...I can go to any GP I want and I am still here at Callan/CMH

Bennett Edelman: I have had the pleasure of Dr Tomas Andrejuk working with me on my weak back. He is absolutely thorough as his examination when you meet him is absolutely very extensive. I was a candidate for lidocaine trigger injections and got them today on 12/18/23 and hoping this will work. This is an excellent practice and highly reccommend especially Dr Andrejuk. Bennett
