5 /5 Jennifer Frysz: Always loved this place as a kid, so we went as I am now a seasoned adult. We went at a time when there was children trick or treating that had a lot of fun. Its a several hour or day trip to everything. If I had known about their tea time, I would have signed up as I thought it was so cute, and it smelled wonderful. Was able to get in a walk around before the tea started. So much to see. I love how people are dressed up and want to give you a good experience. Good energy there and a lot to do. I am not excited about the gift shop as I once was as some things like candy or a drink were definitely priced well above what they should be, although the homemade items there were nice to see.

5 /5 Rochelle Bayne: My experience was different from most because I went to an "Owl Moon" night hike. But it was great. The guided hike started on time and the guide was well versed in the subject and led well in a dark woodland trail. Luckily it had snowed so it was easy to see, but the employees also made sure there was hay spread for traction. So safety, interesting subject matter, and good facilities - parking was pretty close since tickets were limited and sold in advance. Checkout for that was easy, also. We didnt see any owls but group hikes tend to scare animals off, so I wasnt surprised. It was still a neat experience and the stars were beautiful. And surprisingly my two photos came out okay, given how dark it was.

5 /5 Shawn Cunningham: My sister and I had a delightful wonder around the village. The staff dressed in period costume were very nice and gracious. They were very knowledgeable and knew their stuff, no question was silly or insignificant. I highly recommend a visit and plan to come back.

5 /5 Louis Brothers: The Spirit Walk was so cool. Next year I want to go at a later time. Our Walk was at 5:30, so it wasnt dark until halfway through it. It would have been so much better at dark.

5 /5 Sara Diaz: We went to the 1870 First Christmas Celebration & Dinner. The snow & frozen ground enhanced the magical setting. The tour was excellent with the actors in costumes, the dinner delicious.

Brooks Cressman: I had surgery on my foot at the hospital (on Portland Ave) on 1/16 on an outpatient basis. I found the staff to be wonderful, caring, thorough, communicative, and friendly. Someone had entered my name backwards in the system and the nurses quickly had it fixed and new labels made up. I felt very well taken care of and comfortable - which is so important because surgery can be quite anxiety provoking. My surgeon spent time with me before and after the operation, and the anesthesiologist went over everything with me before the procedure. The work to be done was clearly marked on my leg. Several nurses were involved in care and all were friendly, calming, efficient, and thorough. Afterwards, I was in the recovery ward. They brought all my belongings and had them right next to me, brought my choice of something to drink (water), and went over the discharge instructions. They waited to release me until all the discharge procedures were completed, and they were comfortable with my full recovery from anesthesia. Access to and from the hospital was easy. I am very satisfied and recommend the hospital to anyone.

Im actually more stressed and more suicidal then I was before coming here. my script was due 3 days ago and since my doctor left I had to weight till monday.. mad but whatever. did my appointment she said it would be sent in and now its 4pm and I find out it cant be filled till tomorrow. didnt tell me earlier. every nurse I have talked to has been nothing but mean and cruel. now my family Dr wont take my scripts back. so Im feeling extremely helpless. like I give up. now fourth day and now Im in the hospital. really go anywhere else but here.. and avoid a nurse named Trisha.

Alivia Mattoon: My grandfather has been in the ICU for over 2 weeks, no one has been here to feed him they dropped off the food and didnt feed him my mom and dad had to feed him or else he would have starved. The only helpful people were my family members there to support us through the tough time we have had here. Everytime we come up here they always have some false information, they should be trying to support the families that come in here and instead they make our hard times even worse.

The Receptionist that I delt with were very nice and answered all my questions and if they did not know they found out and called me back pretty quickly. Eddie James: Having to go to the ER can be your worst day but having the right nurses and doctors there can really make a difference for you. Hello my name is Devon and I recently had to go to the ER twice in one week which absolutely no one wants to do. My experience at the Catskill hospital in Harris was absolutely amazing both times! Andrew the Pa in the er is absolutely outstanding in how he takes care of you but most importantly how he speaks to you and takes the time to understand you. You are not just a number. Percilla the nurse in the er is right there with him along with Michelle and the discharge nurse Erin was also pretty amazing! Thank you to you all! Remember people their jobs are extremely hard to do and kindness from patients goes a long way as well as being patient with the team of doctors and nurses caring for you.

I am very disappointed in the measures that were taken for me I wasn’t even seen during my miscarriages except for the first one I was sent for an D&C I was just sent to take tests for HCG levels for the other two.

Mary Burkart: I just got home from having a hip replacement yesterday, and was blown away by not only the medical expertise that was evident (Dr. Frank Lombardo of Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County is amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone), but also the incredible care that is given to each and every patient. I was in the Medical/Surgical South Unit...an attractive unit with small, private rooms. A special shout-out goes to Brandi, my nurse, whose warmth, humor, and compassion especially shine through, but every single staff member I encountered made me feel cared-for, and tremendously relieved my nervousness. You are truly treated as a family member from the moment you step into Northern Dutchess Hospital...and the food is wonderful! My hip replacement was yesterday and I am back home, with a minimal amount of pain and functioning beautifully, albeit with a walker and a few special tools (for dressing, retrieving items that are not safely or comfortably within reach, etc.) for a few weeks. I only require minimal assistance. I am so, so grateful to Dr. Lombardo and the staff of Northern Dutchess Hospital. They have given me tremendous mobility improvement in the future, in an atmosphere of dignity, excellence, and compassion. I am so glad that I received my care at Northern Dutchess Hospital, and I urge anyone needing treatment to do so, too.

David Greco: Worst Office around. No help trying to get patients in. They do not do reminder calls and book appointments months out. If you are a few minutes late they will try to reschedule your appointment months out for you. If you call the office at 8am when they are open they won’t answer the phone until 8:30. The answering service will also tell you the office doesn’t open until 8:45 when they are actually open at 8. Worst medical services around. Been trying to get appointments for 6 months and now I’ll be going to a new Doctor office.

Lisa Lines: Sebastian Martorano is a Physician Assistant not a doctor! Had he read my husbands chart he could see he sufferes from chronic pain, instead he did not renew his pain medications that have worked for 15 years leaving him no ween of course, he told him to just sit back for a couple of days and he will be fine. I was livid, this place will pull all your medications they think are not necessary, even though they have worked for years! This PA tried to give him other medications that have severe side effect. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH.
