She did an incredible job stitching up my knee and was more than happy to talk me through the process and keep me calm. This is my second time visiting this walk in and it’s definitely my favorite in the area by far!

2 /5 Penny Ferger: I only give this a 2Stars, because the examine rooms were filthy.The receptionist was very good and polite and the the guy that took my vitals was fantastic. This is the first time I was there and I will not go back. I feel if you go to a medical facility it should be clean, not where thick dust on the floors and wall. Thats not very sanitary.

5 /5 Barbara Shovlowsky: Excellent experience! Short wait time, provider and staff were very efficient and thorough. My follow up care was clearly explained, and the nurse called the following day to check on my condition. I felt very well cared for.

5 /5 Helen Foley: I waited only about 10 mins before being called into the examining room. The nurse who took my vitals was thorough and very kind & friendly. Michael Doolittle was my NP. He asked the routine questions and did the routine examine, as I expected. He was empathetic and kind. After 4 weeks of my being sick he prescribed an antibiotic and prednisone. Unfortunately Im still sick, after taking the medicine for 9 days but Im hoping with the last dose tomorrow I will be all better!

4 /5 Gerald Schrag: Overall, my wife and I were treated by a PA, and felt that the visits were professional and courteous. The follow-up test results were released in our portals. My only negatives on this facility are: 1. The regrestration area is confusing to find, and then, the registration windows face the wrong way, leading to more confusion. 2. Lack of coat racks is very inconvenient.

Dave Mirabito: Walk in center in Norwich is a complete joke! You dont get a doctor, and when you get seen it is as fast as they can possibly make it. Went for my finger, couldnt close my hand the PA that came in didnt even touch it or ook at it. Told me I should go to ortho.... unbelievable. Couldnt go with 0 stars.

Wanda Boone: The first time I met Dr Sethi he did an emergency surgery on my neck didn’t know him at all. I did my recovery in New Jersey. This is what set him above. I was able to call get information and answers from him concerning my surgery on my neck even though I was in jersey, the next time he did surgery on my back, his bedside manner is impeccable. He get a five star because he’s the best doctor I ever had. Thank you Dr. Sethi keep up the good work we need more doctors like you

Candace Burghardt: I was taken to this hospital via ambulance after getting hit by a car. I was a pedestrian. Understandably, I was upset and nervous. The accident happened so fast I was not entirely sure of the extent of my injuries. Of course adrenaline was involved, so it was difficult to determine exactly my symptoms. The doctors words were: "Well, youre walking around so you must be okay" . I was pacing in the room because:(1) it was very painful to sit,(2) I was very upset and nervous and(3) I was worried because my adult autistic son was in the waiting area. My husband was trying to show me support and keep an eye on our autistic son and was yelled at by the registration person for doing that. Then she yelled at me because she said she didnt have my name? The whole experience was surreal. The doctor reluctantly ordered a X ray of my pelvis. When he came back in to tell me the results he was rude and talked over me, not wanting to listen to my other symptoms. I was awake most of that night with neck and shoulder pain. In 34 years practicing physical therapy, I have never talked to a patient the way he spoke to me and I have never treated a patient disrespectfully the way I was at this hospital.

Lisa at the desk is also wonderful. My new vet, Dr Walley is kind and patient and was able to do exam which was not the case our first visit. It has been an overall positive experience

He relied on other hospitals info that was outdated and incorrect instead of doing independent testing. their staff is bewildered. dont try reaching these people by phone. Thats a joke. Provider (if you can call him that) released me with a double ear infection and said I was fine, Cooperstown determined I was not. I wouldnt go to this hospital if my life depended on it.
