1 /5 Dave Mirabito: Walk in center in Norwich is a complete joke! You dont get a doctor, and when you get seen it is as fast as they can possibly make it. Went for my finger, couldnt close my hand the PA that came in didnt even touch it or ook at it. Told me I should go to ortho.... unbelievable. Couldnt go with 0 stars.

1 /5 Bill Rifen: Horrible, had hand surgery, wasnt given the right amount or dosage or pain pills, had to call several times to get anything don e, still not fixed. Hand is super swollen, nobody cares. Have been abandoned by this hospital.

1 /5 Sarah Luna: My experience wasn’t so great . I’m actually so disappointed the cardiologist . Dr Avany I saw suspected anxiety disorder more than trying to help me find ways with my condition. I literally wasted 30 min to be told I have anxiety . I have no anxiety whatsoever just because I might seem nervous it’s called being human normal reaction. I have a condition that I was diagnosed with I expressed my concerns and symptoms. As a Md doctor I would think you would listen to your patients and try to help them make a resolution. I guess because I’m a female of color and I’m young so why should anything be wrong with me? I clearly have proof in my records . Who wants something wrong with them ? It just gave off bias judgment. And he made me seem like I’m a lier . I never experienced such in my life . I’ll never return again.

1 /5 John Bieniewicz: Ill try to be brief, had a test which took place on a Friday and a Monday. After the Monday test was told Id get a call in two days with results. That didnt happen, I had to call and left a message which was expected. Got the call back I think it was friday, never the less it wasnt two days. Reason I didnt get my call in two days was told "were busy" really now? Also in the conversation while getting my results she just started laughing??? Guess there was something going on in the office more important than my cardiac results? Also prior to getting my bill I sent a message through their platform asking for their remittance address, never got an answer? Draw your own conclusions but I think Ill think twice next time I need a test.

1 /5 cockney mondore: I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR! This place is an absolute disgrace. My sister and brother in law were in a car accident, and absolutely refused care on him, but did care on her but very poorly. They denied him an xray on his arm, or any medical treatment, and with my sister they sent her home with a sling, not even on her, she had to do it her self. I would highly recommend NOT going to that emergency room at all! (Pics to show what his arm looks like, we took them to another hospital after they were discharged)

Candace Burghardt: I was taken to this hospital via ambulance after getting hit by a car. I was a pedestrian. Understandably, I was upset and nervous. The accident happened so fast I was not entirely sure of the extent of my injuries. Of course adrenaline was involved, so it was difficult to determine exactly my symptoms. The doctors words were: "Well, youre walking around so you must be okay" . I was pacing in the room because:(1) it was very painful to sit,(2) I was very upset and nervous and(3) I was worried because my adult autistic son was in the waiting area. My husband was trying to show me support and keep an eye on our autistic son and was yelled at by the registration person for doing that. Then she yelled at me because she said she didnt have my name? The whole experience was surreal. The doctor reluctantly ordered a X ray of my pelvis. When he came back in to tell me the results he was rude and talked over me, not wanting to listen to my other symptoms. I was awake most of that night with neck and shoulder pain. In 34 years practicing physical therapy, I have never talked to a patient the way he spoke to me and I have never treated a patient disrespectfully the way I was at this hospital.

Lisa at the desk is also wonderful. My new vet, Dr Walley is kind and patient and was able to do exam which was not the case our first visit. It has been an overall positive experience

He relied on other hospitals info that was outdated and incorrect instead of doing independent testing. their staff is bewildered. dont try reaching these people by phone. Thats a joke. Provider (if you can call him that) released me with a double ear infection and said I was fine, Cooperstown determined I was not. I wouldnt go to this hospital if my life depended on it.

The staff is always polite and professional, I never have to wait long in the waiting room, and the care I get is probably the best I’ve ever had. I believe I’m in good hands and I trust the decisions made for my medications. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone, and I hope the people that work there all stay.

Ravencache Refugium: Brought here in an ambulance, have been experiencing gallbladder attacks in the waiting room for 4 hours now. Asked 3 different nurses for nausea medication and they treated me like I was displaying drug seeking behavior. For asking for anti-nausea medication. Now they get to clean up my vom from the waiting room floor. Dont go here, if youre having a medical emergency you will literally die in the waiting room because they refuse to staff this place. Hope I make it!
