Dream Nails - Bronx charlene rodriguez: I have a few years getting my nails done by Henry and I don’t regret choosing him at all times.Every staff in Dream nails has good hospitality.There is a short wait time and good customer service. Each individual is well talented. Once again thanks Henry for always doing your thing. I totally recommend this place.
Wow! Nail Salon & Spa Corp. - Bronx Ashley Medina: So I asked the person if they knew how to do this nail design, and I got sloppy lines, some of my nails is longer than others, he was shaky while doing my nails this is the last time Ill be going to them, and I let 2 people know that it was sloppy and they just looked at me like I had numb written on my forehead. He is in the front table by the chairs, just sad!
DT Nails and Spa - Bronx Anacay Sanchez: Im not one to write reviews but Im absolutely disappointed with my service here. I didnt have the time to do the review yesterday but I had time today. Yesterday was my first time going to this nail salon since it was my birthday yesterday and considering that they closed the one I used to go to I figured to try this place out because the place looks really nice on the inside, very spacious, and inviting. I called before in advanced and asked if they can do dip powder sets and they told me yes, I asked I didnt want mine acrylic and they said no problem. So when I got there they took me right away. I sat with one female who looked like she was prepared to do my nails but the Min I said I dont want it acrylic she sent me to be with another worker named Linda. There was a huge language barrier with her and not only with her, with other workers. I told them I wanted short tips, black matte and gloss tips , with 2 of my nails having a design on it. The design being instead of black French tips on two of my nails I wanted to substitute it to a slime look. I showed pictures which I will post up. And they gave me the okay. First red flag was that it seemed like the person they gave me was new or something because they kept having to come and check on her. Another was the process felt rushed because she didnt do my cuticles, she didnt file my nails to get form or anything. Then when it came to her doing the powder, and shaping them; my nails are very thick and have ridges and you can visibly see its uneven. Ontop of all of that, I didnt get what I ask for at all, she did regular black French tips and as far as the slime look, i had to literally grab the nail pen and do it for her causd she didnt know how to design it. The slime still didnt look how I wanted it to look and she did it in the middle of my nail and not the top of my nail like I asked for. All in all I was extremely upset cause this was supposed to be nails done for my bday and I had to leave frustrated because even when I kept having to tell them this isnt how I wanted or w.e it was I would request they seemed annoyed and overall over me requesting for so much especially because of the language barrier. I just dont think I should spend $117 dollars on nails that I dont like or didnt even want in the first place. And when I asked them for a discounted price because its not what I asked and I literally had to do the nail techs job for a second because she didnt know how to do it. And they refused. Im super furious with the service and the nails I have on. I literally went to take them off the same day. Dont recommend going.
Crystal nails lounge Inc - Bronx Shantel Watkins: I found this place on Google. Wait time on a weekday wasnt bad. I arrived before the nail techs, 10:06. I started around 10:35 and left around 12:33pm. This was due to what I wanted. A full set with the design plus a gel french pedicure. Everyone was waiting for the wonderful Chase, however it was my first time, so I went with whoever was available to get the job done.
Peter completed my services and he did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and the environment was clean and welcoming. Peter listened to my requests and also made sure I was satisfied every step of the way despite the language barrier. I will definitely be returning.
The prices are below but definitely consider that special requests will affect the final cost.
Passion Nail salon & Spa inc - Bronx Shyann Nicole Ferrer: Ive been coming here for about a year now and i can say with full confidence that every time Ive walked out their door I left satisfied. Ive done acrylic tips, acrylic overlay, manicures, pedicures, and dip powder. My nails never chip or break and the retention is amazing. I get my nails done every 3 ish weeks and I always communicate what I want done. Ive had my services done by everyone who works there because they are all very capable of delivering on what you want. You get what you pay for and their prices are worth the service they provide! I recommend this place to my friends and family every single time I go. For the designs and services Ive had in the past, Ive never paid more than $100 (doing nails and toes) which I think is amazing.
Chloe Nails & Beauty - Bronx Delilah Daniel: Only go here for your toes . Usually I only get my toes done here but on Valentine’s Day I decided to get builder gel also . Instead of builder gel they gave me hard gel which is chunky and I did not want this not only that but the lady did not do my full nail. I got my nails done Feb 14 and 12 days later I need a full in . The service felt rush. They get 3 starts b/c the lady that did my toes was good .
Little Amber Nail & Spa - Bronx Kristina Moon: Good service... Some customers can be rowdy so you may want to just come early. And depending on the person that assists you be aware my sister had a whole bunch of cuts from her nail tech... well as her pedicure.
Elite Nails - Bronx Victoria: Decided to try this place and NEVER AGAIN! The service is horrible! I started with one tech and in the middle of her prepping she told me another is going to take me. I thought maybe has someone else? No she just didn’t wanted to do my services. The other nail tech was so rude and very unprofessional. They sit by eachother left side. I told her and show her a picture how I wanted my nails and shape and did completely opposite. I kept telling her please fix this nail or please make the shape like I showed you and I told me I can get up from the chair if I don’t like it bc she has other clients to attends. The customer service from this place is horrible. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The upper management or onwer needs to change the whole staff if they want the salon to continue open. None of those nail tech know what they are doing and the funny thing is they all talk about eachother too. No one is professional there.
