From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a level of customer service that is truly top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel like a valued customer, not just another number. What really stood out, aside from the fantastic service, were the prices. I had shopped around a bit, and Moes offered some of the most competitive rates I could find. They were transparent about all the costs upfront, and there were no surprise fees on the final bill. Its refreshing to find an auto shop that offers such great value without compromising on quality. And speaking of quality, the entire facility, from the waiting room to the service bays, was exceptionally clean and well-organized. I also opted for an oil change and a few other small things. Moe’s Auto Center was both professional and impressively quick—they clearly value your time, and it shows. The owner was personable and knowledgeable. While I was waiting, I even overheard him comp another customer for a minor issue, which really stood out. In a world where mechanics often get a bad rep for being shady or untrustworthy, Moe’s Auto Center is a true asset to the community. I fully intend to come back for my car’s next (hopefully minor!) issue. Fingers crossed.
