1 /5 Carleigh H.: As a longtime Ellis patient, I’ve been going to this practice for 5 years. This practice deserves an award for the worst, most unhelpful staff. I know at least 7 people who have had the same awful experiences here. The front desk staff, for the entire duration I’ve been going here, has been rude and insufferable. Time and time again, for years on end, it takes over a month of begging and constant calling to get prescriptions filled. They also force you into appointments you don’t need (other than a yearly physical) to get a script filled that they know you’ve been on for years. If you don’t go to those predatory appointments for your insurance money, they deny your script that the doctors know you’ve need. I’ve never had that happen at any other primary practice. They consistently refuse to become efficient for medication requests. I despise that I’ve even been going here for so long when there are so many other reputable practices that can actually treat you with respect and care. Do yourself a favor and please go somewhere else if your insurance will allow. Ellis medicine has gone completely downhill in the last 5-7 years.
