1 /5 Elly: The people were nice but unfortunately the nails were not up to my standards whatsoever. I asked for a basic gel x fill which back home at my regular nail salon would’ve taken the lady 40 minutes but it took 90 minutes here. My nails are now super thick and uneven which may be hard to tell from the pictures. When it came time to pay they charged me $71.40 for a FILL which is a ridiculous price when I’ve gotten a fill for $50 that was much better in Boston which is arguably a more expensive city. They taped over the price for a gel fill on their price board but I could see through it and it said $49 so I’m unsure how the price changed to $70. I’ve genuinely never left a review good or bad but I chose this place over the others because of its higher reviews and I’m completely disappointed with the work.

My nail technician did a fantastic job—she was meticulous and made sure every detail was perfect. The quality of the products they use is excellent, and my nails still look flawless days later. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch nail services. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Additionally, the base layer was poorly applied, with visible air bubbles that detracted from the overall appearance. The attention to detail was lacking, and the quality didn’t meet my expectations. I would not recommend this place for precise or professional nail art.

5 /5 Jody Collins Skinner: I am new to the city and was looking for a new nail salon. After reading a lot of reviews of nail salons in my area, I chose R & L nail spa and I am so happy I did. The place itself was very clean. They used a liner in the pedi bath. Everyone was friendly and greeted you when you entered. I had a spa pedi and mani with Dazzle polish. It turned out great. No bubbles. Luz was my manicurist and she was wonderful. I will definitely go back.
