I finally found an institute in NYC where, as well as having an extremely precise eye for detail, the staff were extremely friendly and did everything they could to make you feel good. They even offer a drink before you get started. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. You only have to see the before and after photos to understand that this institute is brilliant! The french manicure is perfect and I can tell, im french!

Having visited this salon on two occasions and received services from two different nail technicians, I can confidently attest to their exceptional worksmanship. Despite having been to various salons globally, this particular one stands out as a top-tier experience, and my nails are in perfect condition. Without a doubt, I intend to become a regular customer.

All of the nail technicians are excellent, focused and pay exceptional attention to details. The salon is spotless and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I come into the city from Upstate and it’s 100% worth the trip. Cannot recommend this place enough!!
