3 /5 Sandra Babcock: It depends on who is the ER doctor!

1 /5 Nicole Teeter: No actual Drs on staff. Only nurse practitioners. Many of the staff are rude. Many of them don’t actually care about you as a patient. Just had the worst experience there. Will never go to this ER again. I will drive the 45 minutes to Corning Guthrie where they give you the care you need. Absolutely horrible the way you’re treated by some of the nurses here. Can’t believe it. Also, won’t give you their names when asked, apparently they “don’t give out names here” asked for their names so I could put in a complaint but was refused. Wouldn’t even let me speak to the girl at check in to find out the number to call.

3 /5 Heavyn Sellers: The ER itself was great, they got us into a room immediately and thoroughly checked on our situation. We were informed my s/o was to be placed under 24 hour observation (as he damn well should with a seizure from a concussion), however, once we were transfered to the hospital itself the doctor was very nonchalant, and didnt seem at all concerned about my s/os health. He canceled the observation and sent him home a few hours later without even medication. Im livid. Ita pure ignorance and beyond not okay to simply send a young patient home in a situation like that. I reccomend avoiding being placed in the hospital, almost none of the staff seemed to care at all about the patients.

5 /5 Amanda Gunning: We are so thankful for the quickness and amazing staff that helped my son Wednesday night. We were in and out and felt like he mattered. 10 outta 10.
