Dr. Skopp is so personable and bubbly. I visited this office twice this week as it was my first time coming here, and we chatted the entire time for both my visits. I have finally found an awesome practice!
Lisa Pipitone: Dr Ruggieri and his assistants are fantastic. Had implant surgery and I was so nervous. They were wonderful and put me at ease. Only needed to take one Motrin and felt nothing after that. Wonderful experience.
Salvatore Manzo: I have to say at 25 years old and needing a lot of dental work done, this place has been the best of the best. The front desk and office manager/ surgical coordinator Rosalia have been nothing but a breeze to work with. All these negative reviews I would have to assume are from people who have had to pay money out of pocket, but as a 25 year old, I already know insurance is the biggest scam and how can you put blame on this wonderful practice for collecting money for their services. I would highly recommend to anyone, I have brought my own mother/ father to this office and they fell in love with the doctors and members of the crew. 10/10 recommend

Minta Abraham: I’m not one to complain, but this place has gone downhill! My family and I have been coming here for over 7 years without any issues, but ever since the team changed, this has become THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE in New City, NY.
The pricing is completely inconsistent, and they’re terrible at handling insurance claims. They fail to send the necessary documentation to the insurance company, and instead, they just send the bill directly to us. Before a procedure, they’re quick to assure us that our insurance will cover a certain amount, but after it’s done, we’re hit with a $1,000 bill because they didn’t properly process the claim.
This level of service is unacceptable, and it’s disappointing to see how much the quality has deteriorated! Me and my family are never going back to this place again!

CHARISE ROSADO: I have been going to Dr. Choo for about 4 years now and I absolutely will recommend! Her professionalism is admirable & her knowledge of work is trustworthy. Right from when you walk in, the office is clean, neat and comfortable. & of course, the staff... They are diverse, friendly, professional and have excellent communication. You should book your appointments in advance, since Dr. Choo gets busy quickly, but do not fret, her staff will find a way to accommodate you if you dont. 10/10 recommend!
