5 /5 Miles Cohen: Steve from Simmons saved my a** this week. My car got a flat on 12 and I had to pull over... by luck I happened to be in the lot of Simmons Auto Services. Steve helped me put the spare on and charged me zip. I was on a work trip in a rental and really had no other recourse. Appreciate you, man!!!

1 /5 Betty OConnor: I had my car towed here because my car would not start. After it was diagnosed, was told it was probably the starter. It took about 1+ weeks to get the parts. I was told that the reason for this is they never skimp on the quality of their parts and only get the best. Then the wait for the starter to be put in after parts arrived, around 2 weeks. After starter was installed was told, oops it was not the starter at all but in actuality it is a sensor. Go 5 months on their expertise. Car does not start again. Same symptoms that brought me to them originally. Call them to discuss it they say well it could be the fuel pump. Who would want to allow their car to be used as an experimental science project? Either they use used junk parts, they know nothing about diagnosing a car and play the roulette hit or miss or this is how they survive by charging you for multiple bandaides and never getting to the actual problem. Who needs to waste your investment of time and money with zero guarantees. Im open minded but on this one DONT STOP just keep going to another establishment

5 /5 Christopher Schultz: After every other shop in the area Ive visited has tried conning me in one way or another, I finally decided to give these guys a shot. Theyll service your vehicle in a timely manner, without the huge cost youll find at some of these bigger shops. They fix things right the first time, and will have you walking out the door with a smile on your face. Sometimes they get a bit backed up and cant fit you in right away, but the fact theyre so busy is yet another reason to go there, people trust them and with good reason. They will get to know to the moment you step in the door, and remember you the next time you come back. I would highly recommend using them for any repairs or maintenance.

5 /5 Michael Colucci: My wife was on a relatively long trip and car suddenly overheated, she found this place close by. These guys diagnosed the problem, blown thermostat. Drove to get the part for her, fixed the car and she was on her way within 45 minutes. Charged a more than fair price. Couldnt be more grateful for them taking care of my wife like that. Good people, hard to find guys like this around anymore.

5 /5 karen gardner: Simmons Auto Services helped us out today with a dead battery. They were kind enough to meet us at the Price Chopper in Chenango Bridge and charged the battery enough for us to get to Advance Auto to buy a new one. Although we never did business there before, they understood our dilemma and were very kind to help us out. The charge for this service was lower than I expected. I believe this is a very reputable and honest business and I would highly recommend doing business with them.
