5 /5 Megan Doss: I have been going here for years and this is the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. The space is so calming and the staff is so kind. I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned, it feels like going to the spa instead of a doctor’s appointment. And the dentists are so skilled if you do have to have any work done. That being said, they are not aggressive about suggesting expensive dental work and will let you know if there is anything that just needs to be watched. So when they tell you something needs to be done you know it’s true and not just a money grab. I love this dentist so much, I carry their cards around and give them out to anyone who mentions they need a dentist.

They take hospitality as serious as they do dentistry: midcentury modern furniture, a cold compress and lip balm while they do your cleaning, and an incredibly welcoming, friendly staff and doctor. And they take insurance! I tell everyone that they have to go to the Zentist, as he was called in the New York Times -- youll be blown away.

5 /5 Gerald Cooper: Been going to Dr. Olivia for 17 years. I’ve been seeing the same hygienist for almost as long. Won’t let anyone else go near my teeth. The staff, the facilities and the professionalism is superior to any other dental practice that I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so nice that they are not only service providers but also folks that I consider to be good friends. Five stars for the Zentist!

Eleanor Dubinsky: I’ve been going to New York Dental Group for over 10 years. I have seen all of the dentists (and probably hygienists) and have only the best things to say about this office and practice. The staff is kind and friendly and the care is top-notch and always punctual. The patient rooms are impeccably clean. The dentists are fantastic. I have referred several family members and friends over the years, including my mother who had an emergency. She was taken care of right away and also experienced the best of care. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Sequoia Johnson: Office staff here is so unprofessional that it significantly impacts the customer experience. The front desk staff always had an attitude and made it unpleasant from the moment you walk in. I was going to continue visiting the practice considering I liked the dentist I saw and the location was convenient for me. However when Natalie from their front desk started reaching out in March to ask me to schedule another routine cleaning in April (last appointment in February), the sloppiness and unprofessional conduct just went too far. I’d highly recommend avoiding this dental practice

Tania Artiles: Office staff is rude and unprofessional at the Endodontist. Took our payment and then want to come and tell us that the x-ray machine is not working since the morning. When I called them out and said why they didnt inform us before coming they couldnt find what to say. They charge you $75 for a consultation regardless of you already bringing them Xrays. They do not confirm or remind you to bring your x-ray when confirming your appointment. When I asked to speak to the manager she refused to speak with me. DO NOT COME HERE

Stephanie, the dental hygienist, was excellent; she explained each step clearly and provided valuable recommendations. Kenny cruz: Beware this organization will not REFUND you any money that you are ENTITLED TO. I visited this dental center several months ago and I was robbed. I was asked to pay a large amount of money upfront for a dental procedure that my insurance verified they were going to cover. I was told as soon as my insurance pays them they will immediately return my money. Several months later countless visits to the center and several emails TO SUPERVISORS Im still getting the runaround. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY! P.S. I have all the documentation that the insurance company paid the bill.
