5 /5 Stacey Minervini: I have known Dr. Giordano for years and he is an amazing dentist and specialist. About 8 years ago my husbands company transferred us about 2 1/2 hours upstate. I started using a dentist locally. She sent me to a "specialist"for a root canal because I had alot of discomfort on a tooth she repaired. I explained to the specialist that I was in a lot of pain and he didnt see anything on the x-rays to support what I was feeling. He ignored everything I said and sent me home in awful pain. Two days later I drove 2 1/2 hours to see Dr. Giordano. He listened to what I was going through, he gave me a root canal and I am no longer in pain. That is a real specialist! Thank you Dr. G!

Nathan Baldwin: I have read the reviews and thought how out of character for Potvin and Potvin until this morning. I have been waiting over two months for this appt and it happened to fall during an ice and snow storm. I left work in Boston Ma yesterday to make it here and due to a break down and multiple accidents I wasnt off I 90 until 6 am. My appt was for 11 am and I live 40 mins away, when the roads are good. I pulled in at 11 20 am and they canceled my appt and said I can re schedule for April. Now they had already called me this morning and asked if I could come earlier because they had cancelations. I explained my situation and was met with no compassion.They said they were" booked solid". The parking lot was empty and there was no one in the waiting room. I have been coming here for quite some time and Ive recommend him to countless people. No more. Not only did I lose time,money,and almost my life to make this appt. But now Ive lost my dentist and probably my tooth. This is a tooth He previously repaired and the filling came out. I get having a schedule but have some compassion during a snow storm and dont meet your customer with a monotone f you . We are people not just a paycheck.

Christina Joy: I made dental appointments for my kids that were new patients and confirmed their appointments with a receptionist a few days before their appointment. When we showed up I was told that they cancelled the appointments and they had sent me a letter saying they did not want to take my kids on as new patients. The receptionist said it was due to a past bill (which had to be from 5 plus years ago because I just moved back to buffalo). I didn’t get the letter until the day after the appointment because they sent it out two days before our appointment. My issue is if there was a past bill why didn’t the billing department contact me to reconcile it before the appointment but instead they send a letter 2 days before the appointment and give no option to reconcile the bill?! I’m so disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism.
