5 /5 C W: Great all-around experience, no exaggeration. The shop is very welcoming and homely. Victoria is very informative, helpful, funny, caring and honest. She is also a great teacher with amazing taste in music and atmospheric vibes. When my hair was washed it felt so amazingly relaxing and she made sure that I was comfortable throughout it all. I am truly happy that I was able to book her services for my locs and will definitely continue to in the future. She is truly talented and a master of her craft!

Very thorough on teaching how to care. For your hair. And her energy is very lively and positive! I am big on customer service and she passed all my expectations she heard my concerns about my son hair. I left out and came back with the biggest smile. THE BIGGEST PART IS DIDNT COMSUME MY DAY I WAS IN AND OUT IN AN HOUR .

She makes appointments and sticks to them. Your time, is your time. As a busy person this alone is priceless.
