The NP and the nursing staff were very professional and listened to my concerns. I was treated for my issues very timely, my medications were called into my pharmacy and I was able to get them within an hour. My first time using them and was overall very pleased with the experience.

5 /5 Dexter Case: Went to urgent care yesterday, Tuesday April 23 for a walk in visit. The receptionist was very pleasant and I got right in. After getting my vitals taken, I was seen by Rebecca Hale. She was very friendly and thorough addressing my o issue with me left hand. I then showed her my right shoulder. She immediately diagnosed a tear in my right bicep. She gave me prescriptions for my hand and a walk-in referral to Auburn Orthopedics. I went there this morning. Following X-rays the surgeon confirmed her diagnosis. A partial but significant tear at the top of my right bicep. I would definitely recommend Wellnow Urgent Care on Grant Ave in Auburn NY as Rebecca Hale and her coworkers.

5 /5 Correen Denman: They checked both me and my son out and they were great with both of us. My son is 7 and is non verbal, autistic & adhd. We both had a great experience and my child did very well at their office compared to his regular doctors office. He immediately got excited once he noticed the slushy machine. Definitely a great place especially for children!

Nathan Baldwin: I have read the reviews and thought how out of character for Potvin and Potvin until this morning. I have been waiting over two months for this appt and it happened to fall during an ice and snow storm. I left work in Boston Ma yesterday to make it here and due to a break down and multiple accidents I wasnt off I 90 until 6 am. My appt was for 11 am and I live 40 mins away, when the roads are good. I pulled in at 11 20 am and they canceled my appt and said I can re schedule for April. Now they had already called me this morning and asked if I could come earlier because they had cancelations. I explained my situation and was met with no compassion.They said they were" booked solid". The parking lot was empty and there was no one in the waiting room. I have been coming here for quite some time and Ive recommend him to countless people. No more. Not only did I lose time,money,and almost my life to make this appt. But now Ive lost my dentist and probably my tooth. This is a tooth He previously repaired and the filling came out. I get having a schedule but have some compassion during a snow storm and dont meet your customer with a monotone f you . We are people not just a paycheck.

Christina Joy: I made dental appointments for my kids that were new patients and confirmed their appointments with a receptionist a few days before their appointment. When we showed up I was told that they cancelled the appointments and they had sent me a letter saying they did not want to take my kids on as new patients. The receptionist said it was due to a past bill (which had to be from 5 plus years ago because I just moved back to buffalo). I didn’t get the letter until the day after the appointment because they sent it out two days before our appointment. My issue is if there was a past bill why didn’t the billing department contact me to reconcile it before the appointment but instead they send a letter 2 days before the appointment and give no option to reconcile the bill?! I’m so disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism.
