Sheena did my nails, and I love them I have zero complaints, I was even able to get a pedicure by Tori, and that was another great experience as well. Candace Alicia Boy do I love black and white!! Sheena ( the owner) gave me what I wanted. The smile on my face, speaks for itself. The sisterhood in this shop is unmatched. When it’s time to leave, everyone will know your nail. I’m not a nail person( that’s why I rock short nails) but being able to express my personality, through art is a plus for me. I love the attention I get, when my nails done. I’m hooked! The price is right, booking is easy. On Booksy. I also get a pedicure by Tory!!! The Asians has nothing on Tory. Even ugly feet would look pretty !

pat levy- johnson Very disappointed ... I wanted to remove the gel manicure and redo. The older tech used a drill to attempt to remove the grill, I showed her a you tube video demonstrating the foil removal method..... very distracted while doing my nails. Stay away!!! Horrible !!!! First time there and I will never go back.

The price has always been reasonable as well. I don’t know why their Google Map Review Score is only 3.9 now. To me, it’s a highly recommended Nail Salon. Mayou Roffe Yess!! This place is great, Sue did an immaculate job. Soak off was gentle, nail prep was careful, and the gel x application was perfection. Sue was so careful and took her time with the art which is stunning. After a week, the nails are still glossy, and the cuticles are looking cute. This place doesnt cut corners and the work and price are great. Ill definitely c8ne back for the next set!

Abigail Catungal I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with my recent visit ( 12/08/24 Sunday ) I arrived at 5:34 PM. I specifically did not want my nails done by a certain technician ( Gigi ) due to a previous bad experience. However, I was made to wait over 30 minutes after my nails were soaked and eventually had no choice but to have my nails done by her. Gigi started my Gel X nails, and right away, I noticed an issue—she pressed the nail too far to the left, leaving my natural nail exposed. I trusted the process and didn’t speak up, hoping she would fix it. Unfortunately, I left disappointed once again. This is now the second time Gigi has done a poor job on my nails. I’m a regular customer, and I’ve always been happy with the work of the other technicians, who do a wonderful job. However, this experience was unacceptable. On day two, my nails are already catching on my hair, which is extremely frustrating. I hope this issue can be addressed, as I would like to continue coming here for the great service I know the rest of the team provides.

Maria Cristina Rodriguez I love coming here for my wax, pedicure and manicure. All three ladies are so sweet and helpful. I have very sensitive skin and this is the only place I trust for my full body wax. They are precise and quick. Also love how my nails came out. This is a gel manicure but they made my real nails look fabulous. Highly recommend. Try to call ahead of time for an appt and they will gladly accommodate you. 10/10

Elizabeth Rodriguez Chrissy was great she worked with me well and paid attention to details with my hard gel set. And the complimentary massage was great! Update 2/15: so on 2/13 my nail all came off literally I was washing dishes and they all came off like it was glued properly. I went back on 2/14 I went back and told them and brought the nails back and they were very accommodating so they did a new fresh hard gel set. Then I did it with another person they came out good the next day which 2/15 3 nails fell off. I think it’s the products they use. I was very pleased at first but I will not be going back.

Olga Floriano Figueiredo Went on 5/24 for a gel mani and regular pedi. Next day went back 5/25, gel was chipping. They didnt remove the old polish but instead polished over the old chips. This was for a graduation event on 5/27 but 3 days later even after touch up gel didnt hold up. It got worse. Ive had many gel mani in my life that lasted for almost 1 month and no one ever uses cuticle oils prior to applying gel. This is the end result. $80 for a gel mani & reg pedi Horrible outcome.

Hetasvi Patel I love coming here to get my nails done with Tina. She does my gel tips amazingly. Always catering to my needs and makes sure my cuticles are gone with every visit. I also get my pedicures there and they always treat my feet with the care. The massages are heavenly. This time I tried dip powder and it was great as well.

Tanya Barrett I’m new to this area and decided to try this nail salon. My first four visits were not bad but this visit has me not wanting to comeback here at all. I walked in and told Cindy that I am waiting for her after waiting for a little bit over an hour she tells me she has an appointment and I should let someone else do my nails. Customer service needs to be better here. Sorry but I will not be returning and it sucks that I have to look for another nail salon. You just lost a loyal customer.

Michelle F Weve come here several times. Chloe and Helen do amazing nail designs. Ive also gotten a pedicure spa here before. It felt so relaxing. While appointment is not necessary, it is highly recommended. The employees are very accommodating and kind. If they do not have the color you want, you can show them the picture and they will go out of their way to replicate that color.

K Sou I cheated on my nail salon today. I went to C&K because I was having terrible visits with my regular spot but I stayed hoping things would get better. It hasnt. I came here with my expectations low to justify settling and running back but it was different. Everyone was attentive, the place was clean, and I didnt feel rushed or pressured into services or styles I didnt want. I was helped by two ladies but unfortunately caught the name of one, Chloe. The other woman sits next to Chloe. The gel nail polish was fresh and I was surprised that it wasnt streaky or bubbling from being applied too thick, an area of concern with my regular salon. I enjoyed a mini spa pedicure and a full acrylic set with gel polish, hand design free styled by Chloe. I made an appointment and glad I did because it seems Chloe has regulars that only wants her to do their manicure. I definitely will be going back and my only regrets are not checking C&K out sooner.

Sy "I have been going to Golden One nail salon and I always have a great experience. My nail technician, Eva, was incredibly skilled and took her time to ensure my manicure was perfect. I showed her the design I wanted and she recreated it perfectly. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a quality nail service.

Aman Chauhan Horrible!!!!! I wish I could give this place 0 star. I had very bad experience here about more than 2 years back when they first opened up, all my family used to go to them. I went there today since my regular shop where I usually go was closed today and I have an event to go to. I made 5:30 appointment there. They finally took me about 6:15 after they took the ones that came after me. Lady named “Joy” started helping me and i showed her the design which i wanted (plz see attached picture #1) and she said that she could make it but would be $15 extra. I had no issue with that. When she started doing my nails, first of all, she glued the “tips” in wrong direction, all tilting to the side, i complained about it and she said she can fix it when she files. She then asked me how short i want, i told her but she cut shorter and i said “you cut them too short, i had to get almond shape and you never asked me about that”. She showed me after filing , it was very short. She then started taking my glued nails off from one hand and left the other hand and i was already getting late to pick my mom from train station at 7 since it was already 6:40 She then started talking in her language with other colleagues and said “the other lady will help you since she is fast”. The other lady comes, start doing my nails and then showed my design to the other lady sitting next to her named “Eva”. She said “this design not possible, pick another”. I was like this is waste of time, i picked another design (see picture #2) she said she can do it but she was not able to. Then Eva said “it will be late for us, you just do regular gel, i said this is not fair since i have an event otherwise not an issue”. She then insisted on doing whatever she could and she just did. At the end, other hand tips were pointing to the side, she said they could fix it but would be short. I left from there crying, after paying $75 and all the torture (look at the final product) Horrible. None of them had even a sense of apology. Simply horrible. Respected owner, you better return my $75 for this torture. Moreover, they used unclean tools, I am going to reach out to The New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) , I am not going to let it go like this.

Michele Park IT TOOK 2 hours to get this done. Rude and disrespectful. I vocalized my concern to the individual paid for my services and tipped. 40 dollars for nails 10 dollars for tip. Owner was listening and didn’t even intervene AND SHE DIPPED. Came back because I was so disgusted with my nails and asked for a refund or soak off and keep my money. They said they were closing. The two individuals turned the light off and acted as if they were going to pull the gates down. I respect people who take time and effort especially when it comes to labor like this. But THIS BUSINESS IS A PLACE THAT IS NOT EVEN WORTH COMING TO. I came due to reviews. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. My nails look like I have blotchy blue nails. The audacity to even ask what’s wrong with it and telling it looks fine. Don’t ever cheat on your nail tech even if your desperate to get you nails done to come here. TO MONICA FYI YOUR TRINIDADIAN FRIEND ASKED YOU IF YOUR NEW MACHINE IN THE BACK WAS A SCAM SO…… PSA WATCH FOR WHATEVER SERVICES SHE ADVERTISES!!!

anisah p I requested polish removal and the first person that did my nails was doing a good job. She completed one hand. They wanted the girl to work on someone’s pedicure and instructed another woman to do my other hand. The second lady did not know what she was doing and broke my nails and drilled too deep. After complaining a third woman finished my hand the last woman ruined. This lady was dismissive and rushing. When I asked for the management she told me he wasn’t there and refused to provide me a way to contact him. They do not listen to clients and have inexperienced nail techs. There are other salons down linden blvd that provide better service.

leiyn brown Upon arrival I had to wait an hour because there were only 2 people a lady and a man working, which is understandable. Once seated with the lady, she got right to work. As she was working she was aggressive with my hands. When she filed my nails she was literally scraping the skin on the sides of my nails. Every design I wanted she couldn’t execute properly. As I write this review every single one of my fingers has bruising on the sides because of her. If I could give a zero I would, I would never go to this nail salon again.

Such a good pampering experience..also got a manicure and eyebrows done. Excellent gel manicure. Its my main salon now. Just excellent service and they also offer you bottled water or drinks. Perfect. Update: they charge $10 to remove acrylic and $15 for regular manicure. Tax for using credit card. I think its excessive for the removal fee. Most places charge $5

Annakaye Hanson My second time here and it was great, it was way less crowded than last time so I got my nails and eyebrows done quickly. The nail tech is very sweet and she kept asking my opinion until she got my nails how I wanted them. I do wish she was a little gentler with my cuticles and when she was removing my last nails but all in all I would definitely return and recommend this place to others. My sister also got her brows done and she hates waxing but she said they came out perfectly for the first time ever when someone waxed them.

Kat Kay The owner damaged my nails while talking on the phone. I went to her shop because the prices were very affordable. But I started to feel pain as she saw down my nails to take off my red gel manicure. She put cheap clear nail polish on my nails and the polish was breaking off 2 days later. My right thumb slightly hurts from the pain. I went to another nail salon to get advice on my nails. They told me to let my nails heal before getting another manicure. Its a major red flag when a nail stylist does your nails while being on the phone. BEWARE

Lilly A Omg! Why do I even try places like this! This lady had a nail infection on her thumb and was doing my nails bare hand, I get that most places charge 35-60 for gel nails and these people charge 22 for nails but they lasted only about a week. How about taking care of your infection and covering it up so it doesnt do further damage to you, and the infection doesnt leach onto the clients. She gave me cuts during the procedure. Love yourself and put some bandages, covers and gloves on.

Just Me So I was in a bind. I had a family emergency on Sunday that prevented me from getting my nails & hair done that day. So here I was stressed Monday evening at 7pm trying to find a salon that would be open late and can accommodate me. I came across Sugar Scrub & saw they closed 8:30 so I called. I spoke to the owner Sharon & briefly explained my delimna & she said that shell ask the nail tech because she was getting ready to leave. So I waited for the call back with baited breath and sent her a pic of what I wanted for nails so she can show the tech. Next call was, "are you on your way?" And that was all I needed to hear. I arrived shortly after and was greeted and seated right away. I was introduced to Karina and she was patient and super friendly and accommodating. Sharon made sure we had everything that I would need for my nails to come out as the pic. I got my nails started and while the acrylic set, I got my gel pedicure. She was so gentle with me and did not rush. We talked and shared stories. When she was done, she did my brows for me. Perfection. We got back to my nails and I was super pleased. I cannot say enough how at ease I felt from the first initial call to the moment I left the salon around 9:58pm. I made sure to let Karina know that Ill be back because she sacrificed her family time to make sure I was ready for my wedding. Hands down Sugar Scrub staff is a reflection of management and Sharon is a breath of fresh air. I salute her and Karina for making me feel special and appreciative of the people we entrust with our big moments. A million times Thank You but it seems like Thank You just isnt enough✨️ You have a patron for life ❤️

Tasha Smith I did my nails last Wednesday and two nails are already off Im not pleased with the service I received .I try to explain that I did not like how my French nails came out trying to explain whats getting annoying due to the fact she did not speak English very well. I paid my money 50$ and Im not satisfied it looks like my 5-year-old niece did my nails.

Fahamida nusrat What an amazing find! Everyone is very friendly and they try, you let them know what you want and they got you. Giatri did my hair and Tiffany did nails, they were both wonderful! *Edit , second time around and my experience was disappointing. One I referred my sister and her friend here, they didn’t do a great job on my sister but okay job on her friend. Two, the nail techs are good and skilled but this time I went I felt they were over working them and over booking. Someone was waiting for more than an hour on filling. And third lastly, I called in asking for regular no polish pedicure. Then when I got there they up selling for spa pedicure for me and my husband, which I was okay with. But the spa pedicure was very underwhelming. No proper scrub, or massage done. There is a 10 minute massage included with the spa pedicure. When I asked she said she did half and half with applying the scrub and mask, which I’m not used to getting when I get a spa pedicure. Usually it is a timed 10’minute massage. It was not worth $37 at all, either way the ladies are nice but the owner seems sort of clueless on how to run a decent business. I saw a lady literally just wash the towel in the sink with not even soap and put it back in the towel warmer without any UV light in the towel machine at all. Not to mention she didn’t even sanitize the nail tools prior to doing my manicure which wasn’t even with polish and I got charged full price. Sorry won’t be returning anytime soon, unless I have an emergency and maybe I’ll think about letting them change my mind. Very disappointed!

I have been coming here straight for a year and they were able to make my natural nail grow to an extent that I’ve never seen before! The prices are very reasonable, their customer service is great and their hygiene is excellent! I always look forward to my next nail appointment. They also gave us a cute holiday gift! These ladies are excellent.

Vanessa Ixchel Fernandez I came here because my usual nail salon was booked and I needed a regular manicure in a pinch. They had availability and saw me at the given appointment, no waiting. I appreciate the cleanliness here, they use disposable buffers and filers and overall the space looks/feels well kept. Everyone is kind and the person really executed my French manicure (not everyone knows how to get it right but she “nailed” it) so much so that I’ve decided to return. Thanks again!

It’s been just a week, the nails are lumpy and the gel polish on my nails are chipped off, 3 nails broke so I had to cut them all off. They were my natural nails that I grew out for months. Hurt to have to cut them. Would not go back. Sorry

Juhe Park These are my nails after 10 days. Cracked and has uneven surface with see thoroughness, chipped at the edges. The receptionist was rude and spoke in an ignoring tone and charged $50 for these. Never come for gel manicure.

They have grown so much and I have been following them from a small team to their first space in the mall to now having their own floor! It has been amazing seeing a successful business grow. I have seen so much progress in their professionalism, the service, the quality, and the experiences of technicians, which make the size of their salon, the luxury appearance, and the price make complete sense! The owner of the salon and lead technicians take on going training in and out of state to keep up with the latest trends. So yes, it’s not your average nail salon if you’re just looking for a typical store that is cheap and empty on a Monday afternoon. It’s the kind of salon that is worth the call-ahead. Sometimes it’s actually the only place I can get certain styles done. So 5/5 all the way.

Janet I had a really good experience at Parsons Nail Spa and I definitely recommend it to others! Krystal was super nice and friendly, she did an amazing job with the design I wanted. She was very patient from start to finish, and so were the other employees there! I felt comfortable at the salon because the space was pretty big and clean as well. I really liked the atmosphere here. My gel extensions lasted for so many weeks without chipping. Overall, you wont be disappointed if you come here!

A K I normally go here to do a mani and brows and its never a problem. Yesterday I went and did it and the attendant didnt seem to really be paying attention to her job. I left with the skin around my brows burning and woke up today to find that that the skin had gotten burnt from the wax. When I went back to ask for a refund they told me next time threading no wax, gave me A&D ointment and didnt give me a refund on top of it. Would not recommend.
