Kelly Accorso Great service nails do not lift. Very fast for fills! Can do regular acrylic sets as well as powder dipped (with crazy amount of powders to choose from)

Sibel Cekic Tina is the best Nail artist, we love going there my daughter and myself. She is always willing to work with you what ever time you want. Polite and very nice. The place is clean and lots of color option to pick. Very good

Carofanello Catherine (newanon16) I love coming to Ritual to get my hair done by Abbi. I followed her from her previous salon and Im glad I did! Shes so professional and friendly and always does an amazing job with my curly hair. I get dyed every two months and the magic she creates with the colors we pick is stunning. The salon itself is also fantastic and incredibly relaxing. Its so nice to sit with a cup of tea or water while I wait for my hair to process. A great salon over all!

Valare R This was my first time at Ritual and seeing Kenzie. After several disappointing appointments other places, I was hesitant going in to yet another salon. To say the very least this salon and stylist went even above my expectations. From the friendly welcoming we received when walking in the salon to my stylist (Kenzie) who listened to me and took her time hearing me. My hair turned out better than I even expected. I am not only going to return but will be highly recommending Ritual and Kenzie! A total confidence boost and made my day! THANK YOU!!

Cherie Lynn Me and my sister stopped in here on a Sunday with no appointments scheduled, for pedicure and get nails done. They took us immediately. We got the Lavender spa pedicure which was fantastic! Relaxing. The girl was meticulous painting the nail polish. My feet felt amazing after. Then got gel extensions on my hands. I think they turned out super nice. I got the same meticulous girl for my french tips. I have not had nails like this in 20 years so not sure what to expect for longevity. I feel like they are strong and nice , would have preferred a tad bit shorter length but they are ok for now. They included nice extras like back and neck massage after each service and paraffin dip after nails were completely done. Very nice touch! Prices are super reasonable too. I guess the only negative for me is the language barrier. I wish people that run these shops would really take time to get the English skills to be able to have conversations with their customers instead of each other.

shianna brisson Worst nails we’ve ever gotten!! Took 2 hours for poly gel nails! And came out terrible! My mother and I are extremely disappointed we waisted $80 each on the crappiest nails we’ve ever received! 2 of my mothers nails popped off only 4 hr after leaving the salon! 100% do not recommend they do not know what they’re doing not professional!

Genesis Fillmore Theyre both always so nice and helpful. I dont normally get designs too elaborate because its not my style but I love how they do mind. And they are amazing with pedicures! Pricing is also fair.

Gina ONeill Had decent massage chairs for pedicure, but the rest needs an update. Decent pedicure, but nothing special.

Alisa Jacobs This is the ONLY place I go to get my nails done. Chau has the best personality and does an AMAZING job on my nails EVERY time. Im NEVER disappointed. His wife does great pedicures and Im always pleased. 10/10 would recommend going here. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Sweet As Candie I did not have a good experience. The only reason why I am putting two stars is because my pedicure was well to star worthy, but my manicure was terrible. All you gotta do is look at the pictures. They didn’t do cuticles nothing I accidentally smudged my nail, which was my fault the way they fix it was horrible that I had to just wipe it off so I left with my thumb only have painted. By that point, I was like get me the F out of here. I’m going to all I need to do is insert the pictures and then you judge this these pictures are from the second. I walked out out of there and I’m not going to include the half thumb that I messed up. Because that was again my fault, but their nail polish is old. It’s disgusting and they don’t cut your cuticles. They literally just do a half ass job painting.

Chanel Powell I have been going to this salon ever since I’ve moved to Rochester, Ada and Mary are INCREDIBLE! They are both so talented and the detail in their work speaks for itself. Ada has created so many beautiful designs on my nails, every time I leave the salon I have nails that look more gorgeous than I could have ever imagined. Ada is always so willing to try new designs and she executes them perfectly! This has been and will continue to be my favorite nail salon in Rochester.

Nadiya Marinaccio I did a couple laser hair removal sessions at a different salon and wasn’t loving it. I felt like it was rushed and spots were often missed. So I decided to give Bare Element a shot. Ive been coming here for a little over a year now for laser hair removal. Lareena is the best! She’s very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional! She’s made my hair removal journey such a positive experience.

Martha Terilli Super clean and organized salon. EXCELLENT facial and micro needling. Micro blading was not an experience I’d recommend, however. The outcome for me, after following all recommendations regarding post-service care, was an unattractive shape and strange color. After I sent pictures to show my concerns, BE offered to do free sessions of laser removal of the microblading without any hesitation; I had one which pretty much removed the majority of the visible color. For the original $450 cost, however, I thought a refund might have been in order (that only occurred to me later when I thought about the whole micro blading experience.) I really liked the other services I had, however, especially the facial.

Kari Duval MiMi and her mom Lena are amazing nail techs. They both are very professional and just have an all around great energy. They offer complimentary services. They service is always a great experience.

Y. Thrasher One of my friends just went here to get her gel nails filled. The women shortened them, but didn’t give her the shape she had, or asked for. She worked on others in between the 90 seconds of nail drying. Came back in about 10 min. She left nail polish on her cuticles. I can’t believe they would tell someone they are done and let them walk out with nails that look like a 5 yr old did. I would not recommend anyone to this place. These days services cost too much for inadequate work. Then expect a tip.

RoseMary Ayala Don’t waste your time coming here after calling to make an “ appointment “ you will wait for a long time and they’ll take their walk ins before you. Also , I asked for something and nail tech decided to do her own thing . When I expressed very nicely that I did not like the work and wanted it fixed she got visibly upset by her body Language and started talking clearly about me to her co worker .

Denise Triassi This place used to be great. I don’t know if it’s under new management or not but it has gone downhill. The bathroom was filthy. The tech who did my nails was on her phone the entire time. She was rushing and didn’t even take my old polish off completely. A second tech had to finish what the first one started and they asked if I would like a shoulder massage. I said sure. She got nail dust from her previous client all over my black coat . Not a good experience at all. I won’t be back.

Alexus Matos First time there today and I am disappointed. I got a pedicure which was nice, and I tood Johnny i wanted my hands the same color as my toes, which were pink. He decided to tell me what I should get and what would look better, and told me I should ger ombre on my nails. I saod no and he proceeded to give me a fill but with colored acrylic. I didnt want this and the pink acrylic thats supposed to be ombre doesnt even look embre. Im very upset and now my toes and hands dont match.

AIDA RODRIGUEZ I went yesterday to do my nails it was a horrible experience the men did my nails and it was bad he cut my nails too short then he wanted to put a fake nail on my finger I refuse. I hate to pay for a bad job done. Never again.

Jaianna Byrd I’m a beginner nail tech and I went there to get some supplies so I could start doing nails and and the worker Told me everything I needed to know he taught me what goes first and how everything is used and also gave me a discount because I was a beginner, honestly it was so nice in there he was so nice and told me things I probably wouldn’t even know about nails until I started working in the nail industry hundred percent recommend going there they were so nice and they had good prices and good Products

Jessi Miller Clar Love Calvin and his wife and mom. They always take care of me. Appointment or just walking in. Ive been going here ONLY for YEARS!! Fiest time I cracked my nail as they did them last week and today I walk in and I had messaged Calvin on fb telling him that its my fault that my nail cracked and that Im hard on my hands and he told me stop in when I can. I did and they took me in on the spot. Fixed my nail and did it for absolutely no cost to me, just them and sent me on my way and said "no problem, we take care of you" the best place that even when its not their fault they ALWAYS take care of their CUSTOMERS!! we need more small businesses like this one and keep supporting them!! I know that I could have spoke up at the time of service, but every time I do at a nail salon, I am met with attitude, so that’s on me. I asked for a pedicure and full set. They don’t have the gel just powder acrylic, is what I was told. I read reviews and was hoping to get a wonderful set for my vacation. This did not happen. I paid $140 for a basic pedicure and acrylic set. I asked for a menu to see what pedicure I want. She told me they have none. She used a previous 1/2 used package of scrub and lotion. I’m pretty sure nothing was sterilized as well. When I pointed out that my nails were flat, she said, “Looks more natural honey”. I was leaving for vacation early the next morning and was pretty upset. I wish I could attach photos

Mia this was my first time going here and everyone is so sweet! i got gel extensions with builder gel and it was $85 with the design. my nail tech (i believe i had emily) was very nice and gentle. i have very tiny nail beds and she was still able to give me beautiful nails! i called the day before to make my appointment and they were able to get me in early morning the next day. this was my first time ever getting my nails done but i hope i can continue to give them my business! the salon was also very clean and orderly.

Sara Stevenson I had a one of the guys in there, he was extremely sweet and so delicate with my hands and fingers. I think he did amazing in the time I gave him (I was late and asked for a design) my middle two middle fingers are slightly different in length but i didn’t notice until staring.this is also because I went in and asked for a full but one of my middle finger nails had fallen off. I also noticed he didnt sand down my real nails underneath, do much cuticle care (push back or trim up) and no lotion at the end but these are not big deals to me but just I noticed he didn’t do these things. Overall I would return because of the friendly environment and he continued to ask me questions, like if I liked the length, color, and shape, I could tell he cared and wanted to do a good job for me. Overall l recommend it because of the environment and customer service.

Mary Givan Worst nail salon ever. Nails all the wrong size, paint job is horrible. A 5 year old can do a better job! They use dollar store polish! They make you pay upfront and now I see why!!! Had I not had to get to work I wouldve sat there until they were done right, I let the man know she did a horrible job as she disappeared in the back while they were drying! They do NOT do what you ask, they do what they like!

My nails are uneven. They’re not even filed correctly and not the correct shape and for the employees to laugh along with the person who did my nails along with the co-owner or owner was ridiculous and very unprofessional and inappropriate

Dezeray Smith I came here on Tuesday and got a full long set that cost me $70 on Wednesday several nails started breaking off near where my real nail is I assume they weren’t thick enough. Thursday I came in I asked them can they fix my nails since I paid so much money for them and there already breaking after one day they fixed my nails and then when I’m proceeding to leave tell me I owe them $15 I feel it’s very unprofessional for them to mess up my nails and charge me an additional $15 so basically I pay $85 in total for some nails for wat. Ive been here 2 times and both times the same young girl has done my acrylics. Both times they have been terrible quality, and fallen off within a week. the service is not been welcoming or even worth the money.

Dainese Davis I am beyond livid with this place and their professionalism. I came to try this salon out and from the pictures on google and from Danny D. Page is what made me want to come here and after the way I was treated and disrespected will be the reason I don’t return being told I was being cheap and poor because I was complaining about the price I was charged which was $60 but the job I received wasn’t worth $60 and I feel if I’m not happy with what is on my body I should be able to get it fixed and not treated the way I was. I felt so unwelcome and disrespected. The only thing nice about this place was the daughter, she was willing to fix my nails and was nice and respectful to me, she wasn’t able to do what I originally wanted but did her best and I appreciate that and even tipped her for doing so.

Brenda Zornow Wonderful experience! I booked an appointment a few days ahead of time and when I walked in they were friendly and welcoming. I had gotten my nails done from another salon 3 weeks earlier and came on for a fill. The previous set were not done well at all. I explain my concerns and Lily got right to work. She took off the old set that were not done well and gave me a beautiful new set of acrylics that were exactly what I was hoping for. She knows what she is doing and we had a good conversation, too. I walked away happy with my nails and happy to have found a new salon for future visits.
