5 /5 Charlie: Charcoal Gardenia is off the charts!! I took my team out to dinner to thank them for all their hard work, and boy were they impressed!! It starts with Naser the owner, who has no problem rolling up his sleeves to help his staff create a dining experience that is second to none!!
The main course platter was beautifully arranged, offering a vibrant array of grilled meats, fresh vegetables, and aromatic rice. Each element is expertly prepared – juicy grilled lamb chops, colorful skewers with tender chicken, beef, lamb and vegetables, and an enticing mound of rice. The inclusion of grilled onions, peppers, and herbs adds a layer of freshness and aroma, while the decorative flame in a bell pepper elevates the visual and sensory experience. Surrounding the main platter are equally appealing accompaniments like creamy hummus and a refreshing cucumber salad, which round out the meal with flavorful contrasts. Not to mention the garlic dip, which should be illegal. Lol.
The dessert spread is a showstopper, perfectly balancing elegance and indulgence. There is a delightful variety: from slices of decadent Oreo cheesecake or Dubai chocolate crepes, each dessert distinctively decorated with elements like crushed pistachios, Oreos, and colorful edible flowers, to chocolate lava cakes drizzled with chocolate and artistically placed whipped cream.
