1 /5 Sherrie Torres: My dr sent me to harbor urgent care for xrays. Never again. They take urgent care and patients first. The lady before me waited an hr and thats only because she started yelling. When the girl came to get her the technician was rude and getting cocky with the lady. She should not be working here. Shes not a good fit for ellis at all. She had no patients shes just plane lazy. Their urgent care an blood draw are great. But dont come here for xray

1 /5 Jenny Macejka: Dirty thermometer probe covers in the sink. (YUCK) Waited in room for over a hour n a half. When the PA came she didn’t even give me an exam. Extremely rude… Going to my primary care physician for another appointment in about a hour. I will never step foot in this building again.

2 /5 Aaron Wanser: Used to be my go-to in this area. Used to be fast and efficient. Used to trust their diagnosis. Keywords here is USED TO BE. Ive been here half dozen times and the last 2 times Ive come in and had terrible service. They arent interested in finding anything wrong with you, just shoeing you out with fancy lip service. The wait times have only gotten longer even if they arent busy. The paper thin walls dont help as youre sitting there listening to the person next to you puking their guts out. Really Really disappointed.

1 /5 Karen Lynn: This used to be my urgent care of choice, but now second bad experience in a row. Made an appt online, got there and was told that didnt matter. Waited an hour in waiting room anyway. PA (Howard) rude and belittling. Told me I had two different things - migraine or alleriges. Told me to take flonase, which I already take, so he told me to increase the amount. Left in tears due to head pain...he did not even look in my nose...went to primary next day and was immediately diagnosed with terrible sinus infection and treated with two medications. They do not test for Covid or Flu and I felt I was almost laughed at with my questions and concerns. WIll not go back to Harborside.

Augusta Mead: The location of this hotel was great with some fabulous amenities around the area. We booked this hotel as our halfway stop to Vermont for a ski week and because it was down the road from my grandmother’s apartment. The people we did encounter seemed nice enough, however, when we called down for extra pillows we were informed there was only ONE left and that we had to come down and get it. I have never had to do that at a Marriott before. When we got into the room the closet door didn’t close, there was a used coffee bag in the coffee machine and there was a fairly large tear in the sheets that we didn’t notice until after sleeping in the bed. The bed overall was beyond uncomfortable as well. Overall wasn’t the worst stay, but would not recommend it to anyone else.

I really felt as comfortable as a person with some nerve and tooth pain COULD feel being there. Now I know whats going on, and I really feel like I have a team of dental professionals that will help me get the care I need. Thankful for Hometown Health Centers Dental.

Eleanor Murray: I called early today (May 6, 2022) to change my Tuesday, May 10 appointment. A woman named Angela said "Schenectady calls" were forwarded to her but she could not change the appointment. She promised to have the Schenectady staff call me back. Nope. Not a word. In this day and age most doctors offices like as much notice as possible about appointment changes. BTW I tried to call the office again but they were not there and do not allow messages to be left! Additionally, the NY Nephrology Groups website was identified as unsafe by Verizon. This was the only stalwart site available. Im doing all I can to demonstrate appropriate patient practices.and not be marked as a "no show." EDIT: Mon 5/9/2022. Sure enough, I got a call today TO CONFIRM MY APPT TOMORROW! The woman was defensive and dismissive when I tried to explain that it was a problem that she never got my message. Where is the professionalism? Sigh

Paulette Stone: The dentists at KingsbrookJewish are dentist in training doing their Residency Program and they are very experienced and capable. My lady doctor was the best. I had the best cleaning ever. I was very nervous at first, but she was thorough in explaining the procedure and guiding me along. I felt some real good patient care and not just the dentist but the lovely Dental Assistant that was very friendly and polite. I had to go back and bring my mom along for her Dentures.

Colin Kizer: The nurses and doctors at this office are absolutely wonderful, but are completely overshadowed by the fact attempting to get ahold of this office is impossible. Option 3 will send you to a guy who is absolutely condescending and useless, and noone from the reception office will pick up, and if you leave a message they never return it. Never been so hard to get forms for school.

I couldn’t be happier with my visit—I’m so glad I chose this place!
