5 /5 Ellen La Que: Theyre the nicest people, from the front desk to Dr. Downing herself. Everyone was polite and pleasant. I really felt as comfortable as a person with some nerve and tooth pain COULD feel being there. Now I know whats going on, and I really feel like I have a team of dental professionals that will help me get the care I need. Thankful for Hometown Health Centers Dental.

1 /5 Nancy Spofford: I called to check if they were accepting new dental patients as I just got new insurance and this was the place that was recommended by my insurance company. Receptionist was extremely rude, said they have a waiting list of over 3,000 people and hung up the phone on me. Don’t even bother.

1 /5 Terri Teeling: I currently have an abcess in a top molar. This was caused by the tooth being broken. Went in for a cleaning and was told to make appt so they could fix it. The closest appt was 5 weeks! I called at 4 weeks with the infection and left a message that i need antibiotics and pain releiver. No one called me back. I got antibiotics from my PCP. was given an appt for the next day. Dentist told me she couldnt pull tooth because of the infection. Told her i called for help and she just shrugged. She did not prescribe anything for me. Told to come back in a week to see the dental surgeon. I would never reccommend this place as well as dr.samantha McDermick. She has no compassion and is sloopy and rude.

1 /5 stoopid chan: They don’t answer their phone unless you get lucky, tired setting an appointment all last year could not get ahold of them because they say they’ll call back but never do I just gave up on it for a while, until my tooth started to hurt like literal hell finally got in to check said tooth and made a cleaning appointment. Now I’m trying to call to find out if my insurance has approved the root canals, called twice yesterday both times said “we will call you back as soon as we can” never got any call back. I understand being busy but completely ignoring patients and then blaming THEM for not having an appointment is baffling. Oh and another thing I told the doctor that something was wrong with my front gum on my two front teeth, on one tooth the gum is pulling itself down and then the gum in between my front teeth was literally detached from my teeth. I told him about this and he said he’ll do something about, nothing got done and there are now fillings over it and it looks like my gum is rotting and I KNOW that I will be blamed for it which REALLY upsets me. Update just called my insurance they haven’t even put the request in I will not be coming back I hope yall get better people because I know it’s mostly kids that go here

1 /5 Flower Summer: They do a half ass job at best. They gave me a filling in one of my front teeth. After I ate a pretzel the filling fell out & the tooth broke. Don’t waste your time or your money!!
