At some point, he suggested I try highlights… As a guy with short hair, I wasn’t sure how they would turn out, but Mick nailed it. He gave me a natural, low-maintenance look that still stands out. The vibe and staff at Green Room is super chill, and I really look forward to coming here every few months. Mick’s attention to detail of course is the real secret though. I’m a loyal customer and highly recommend!

5 /5 Alina Kung: Love the Green Room and will be coming back - it has great aesthetics, an easy to use website, and great people. Specifically, Mickey is an absolutely fantastic hairdresser. He is warm, personable, kind, and respectful - and during my second haircut, he even remembered details from our first conversation. He struck an amazing balance between looking carefully at the photos I shared with him and making some of his own recommendations, which is really helpful to me as someone who doesnt enjoy aesthetic decisions. The thing that really sets him apart though, is his teaching of practical hairstyling tips (my first haircut he explained how to properly blow dry hair - and an easy way to do it with just your hands!... and second haircut he explained how to use a flat iron to style the amazing haircut he just did). He is the most empowering hairdresser Ive met thus far and hope to keep coming back to. Also his hair washing techniques are incredibly relaxing, which includes thoughtfully placing a light cover over you for warmth, a cover over your eyes, and a short (amazing!) scalp massage. Highly recommend!

Diana Nassar: I honestly can’t say enough great things about Mure Salon, specifically Sergio. He was so meticulous and attentive, taking the time to perfect every detail. I had a cut, color, and olaplex treatment. I’ve always had difficult to manage hair and it’s hard to find a color I’ve ever liked but walking out my hair feels so healthy, and I’m absolutely obsessed with the final result. It’s rare to leave a salon feeling way! If you’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also genuinely cares about your hair, Sergio is the one. Highly highly recommend

EP: While I wish I could give a better review, the results weren’t what was asked for. I initially had black hair and was looking for a medium to dark neutral, cool town brown. I showed example photos to Maria, and she seemed very knowledgeable about the process and assured there would not be brassiness or red tones (which I specifically asked again just before service - $300). Unfortunately that’s exactly what I got. Then an attempt to tone to help, which made it black again. And then another lightening attempt which made it brassy brown again. At that point I was told to wait for natural light the next day and call. I did and it was still brassy so she offered to fix in the earliest availability. Which was great except when I got back to fix, the quoted cost was $245 for products. I said no and she offered to tone again and assured it would tame the brassiness- it did not and made it black again with brassiness. So now I’m back to wear I started and with a tone I absolutely did not want. The photos show the second attempt at fixing, first photo on the way there, and the next two photos after. UPDATE: the below response from the salon is untrue. In the initial visit, Maria promised no red/warm/brassy tone. She only in the second visit tried to talk me out of the cool neutral brown color I wanted with all this talk of maintenance etc. although I said I would have still done it- without worry of any budget constraint. Except she was then charging another $245 to make it happen. After the original $300 charged.

Clint Borzoni: Reina gave me the best haircut of my life. I told her what issues I had with my previous haircuts, and she was great at listening and understood the assignment. She was very detailed oriented and made all the right cuts. Most stylists want to cut too much off, but she did the perfect amount. The salon is lovely too, with friendly a front desk, and shampoo assistants. I highly recommended!!
