1 /5 Bridget Congdon: I want to say this dentist is so rude and unprofessional. He asked me my situation and I said 3 words and he stopped me and said I dont need a story. At that time I was taken back and said nothing. I let him exam my teeth and he then said to me he was just a pion so dont take his word. Which I came to him for his advice and then he looked at me and I had tears in my eyes and he said dont start to cry because he didnt want me to ruin his day. I will never step foot back in that office and if you have any anxiety I really dont recommend. He has no bedside manors and is totally rude. At the end the hygienist walked me out and asked if I was ok. As she felt bad for the situation. Very very unprofessional. Definitely wouldnt bring your child to him and if you need something more than a cleaning dont go because as he said hes just a pion.

From the moment I picked up the phone, and was met with a bright cherry voice through my cleaning with Vanessa to my interaction with the dentist, everything went smoothly. It was a very relaxed, no pressure environment. I would recommend anyone in the Schenectady area to use this practice and I would highly suggest you call today because my one complaint is that they are so popular they are booked out through July. I was able to get in in a couple of days due to a cancellation that happened while I was making my First appointment

5 /5 Oriana Miles: I really appreciated the whole place from the care from the people at the front desk, to the dental assistants, to the dentist himself. (Funny guy) I’ve had anxiety about the dentist for years and shame around not going but I didn’t feel judged. From the moment I called them the woman was so kind and understanding and that’s when I knew I picked the right place. It was confirmed when I dealt with the other people as well.

5 /5 Holly Loth: My spouse & two teens and I have been going to this practice for a couple of years now, and I think they’re terrific. I came in with a lot of issues and baggage due in part to unsympathetic treatment by other practices, and I found all the staff at K Family totally sympathetic, patient, matter-of-fact, gentle, and pleasant. It’s just a great local practice, and I’m so happy we found them.

4 /5 Dan Heins: My dental hygienist is the best. The dentist is a bit of a nimrod. He puts his foot in his mouth then doubles down when you call him out. He once told me to "use a womans emery board..." I replied, "I didnt know emery boards came in mens and womens." He says "oh I must have overestimated your masculinity." So from now on, I he man, I bite nails with teeth.
