5 /5 Kristy Johnson: I gotta say: I was impressed! So much history I didn’t expect! The grounds are resplendent with magnificent gardens and verdant grass and amazing views, and it’s all very accessible (I used my walker. Others used canes).
A lovely place to take a walk (nice because there were no dogs and they must be leashed if here), and I even “brought” my students virtually for a tiny field trip.
I love the gift shop too, and the creative ways the team comes up with for fundraising.
I had no idea that Mr Morse’ dad wrote geography books, or that Mr Morse was a painter before he became a famous inventor! Such fascinating history!
Also, just a really gorgeous, peaceful place, and I’m glad it exists.
