5 /5 D R: Outstanding! The two security guys made me smile as I walked in to an empty waiting room. I was taken into my own private room 5 min later. When a nurse promptly came in to go over my reason for the visit. 5 to 10 min later, a doctor came in and let me explain everything. He ordered thorough testing, blood work, catscan and gave me an estimate of how long it would take to get the results. The radiology department staff were so friendly! They explained everything and got me a warm blanket. The bloodwork and IV were seamless! I dont even have a mark on my arm today. Putnam will def be our go to ER in the future.

1 /5 Jessica Moreno: Bad service, bad attitude. The doctor on call Seemed annoyed by us being there. And the fact that my daughter is a minor. Apparently they don’t treat children here.

5 /5 nancy tucker: My husband had to visit the emergency room in the middle of the night on 8/8/23. I cannot say enough about the care Dr. Kennedy and the nurse on call (Im sorry that I do not remember her name) gave my husband. Dr. Kennedy was thorough in his exam and has a very calming and reassuring bedside manner (and might I add a quick wit!). His nurse made sure my husband understood what the prescribed medicines were for and how to care for his wound after discharge. And might I mention we were lucky enough to have no wait and were in and out in exactly 3 hours! How blessed my husband was to have such wonderful professionals tend to him.

5 /5 Fintan Powers: Each of the personnel was kind, efficient and attentive. Dr. Abjani ( director of ER) was calm and thorough in his interview of my situation as were Dr. Kline (anesthesiologist) and Dr. Smith (knee/hip specialist). Their schedules worked out just right and I was on my way home just 4 hours after dislocating my new hip. A special word about the hospital staff: several staff members (not in ER) went well beyond their normal duties to help me in my crisis.

1 /5 Nicole Macchia: Went to ER for an allergic reaction to an injection I received. Saw Dr. Manchester, who laughed it off and told me it was sunburn. I will not be going back there. He was very condescending and told me “I assure you it is not an allergic reaction to the injection. It is absolutely sunburn”. I have not been exposed to the sun and he still stuck by his diagnosis.

Sabrina Byrne: Dr Guerrera and ER pulmonologist was the rudest doctor. My mother went in with fluid on her lung stage 3 ovarian cancer. She didn’t want to drain it and literally said “your mom is very sick she’s going to die anyway”. After speaking to her oncologist she was ordered to drain the fluid. After that she was rude to us the entire time. She was supposed to follow up with CVS for a prescription she did not. While my mom was there she was supposed to have her second iron infusion that was supposed to a push IV and done in 5 minutes. She cancelled all the oncologist orders and put my mom on a drip for an hour so when we went to infusion center everything was screwed up in the system and instead of being there for 10 minutes it took over an hour for the nurses to correct the orders. Beyond rude. Next she had a port put in and was just semi under and all of the tech and doctor were in there talking about their night about before and gossiping. My mom started to have a panic attack with her mask and they were ignoring her. Finally they saw her and removed mask and she told them how unprofessional they were and when she was finish a nurse came over and went over the top nice because they knew what happened in the OR. Talk about completely unprofessional

Ateek: If negative stars were available this group would get them all. I was a patient here and my doc had an emergency and is on leave. They called to cancel my appointment and when no one called to reschedule I called and asked what is happening? Doc out till at least October. So I asked for a different Endo doc and they have none and dont refer. Way to take care of your patients. I was really shocked that they had no care or concern for patients. No plan in place for emergencies. Stay away. I loved my doc here, but front office and senior management needs some serious work.

Nathalie Del Vecchio - Molina: The women at this clinic were a godsend. The universe put them in my path for good reason. My 2 1/2 year old was NOT about going to the doctor, in full terrified meltdown, and these women rallied, supported, comforted, and got the job done. Keeping a tired momma from tears and a little joy from getting even sicker. I was truly touched by my interactions with these women and the genuinely caring manner in which they attended to my son. Please, make sure they know how important they are and what an authentically beautiful impact they had on me. They do good work and deserve to be recognized.
