I travel so far because I have confidence in the Drs and staff and trust them to take care of my needs. I have recommended this facility to others here in the Southland and anywhere a person may be.

5 /5 Jim Calarco: My experience has been very good. The doctor and staff I come in contact with are always helpful and friendly and the patient portal is good too. Recently they have taken steps to improve my wait time which has turned out really well. Roswell is easy to get to and you can either valet park your car, or, there is a convenient ramp right across the street that has a enclosed walkway for bad weather. If you are a patient you also get a discounted rate of $4.00 for the ramp. If you have a need for Roswell services do your own research and check your insurance but I am happy they are available to me.

5 /5 James Giallella: I was greeted as soon as I arrived and my appointment was right on schedule. A nurse put my IV in and explained everything he was doing. The staff that did my scan were kind and made me safe during the procedure. It went very smoothly from arrival to discharge.

Almost zero pain and felt like I was always in control by the way the doctor and nurse always related to me. Wish all doctors were like Dr. Kuraitis at Roswell Park!

5 /5 Kathy Kearns: Everyone was helpful and nice. I had been very anxious. The parking though takes a lot of time . I enjoyed the line dancing in the lobby after my test.The girls dancing helped me to relax. The gift shop is cute too. It’s a big place and a bit confusing when you’re already anxious, but it is more than that, a caring welcoming place.I really appreciate Roswell.

Tashnemara Upama: What a joke this hospital is. Horrible experience. I’ve been waiting in the emergency with my dad since 5 o’clock. So 8 hours. When i asked staff nicely, they reply saying someone is waiting for 13 hours proudly. What a joke? How is this even a emergency room? Never had an experience like this! Unacceptable. People will die out here just waiting to be seen by the doctor. Update: we waited 10 hours and ended up leaving without seeing doctor.

We have been jumping through hoops for over a year with the ENT doctor to have this surgery and now we are told they cannot do it because of the patients body mass index. Catholic health is the new owners of ambulatory surgery have created new guidelines. Catholic health is the reason my daughter cannot have this surgery.

Edwina Davis: I waited 2 months to see Dr. Sousa because I wanted a Black GYN- I could have just gone to a local clinic and seen anyone available. Very disappointing. She asked a few questions, the actually stated, I really dont even need to know, Im just being nosey. Excuse me? How incredibly unprofessional, not to mention that was a month ago and I havent heard anything. When I called back to get test results, the location I visited is not even an option on their main menu. Then I tried calling another site thinking someone inside could assist me with the right location, no one answered. Do better!

Albert Testa: Went to the Summit location today for a 1:30 appointment. Waiting room was full to the brim with people that had been waiting a long time. Got to the room and was left for over and hour with no sign of seeing the doctor anytime soon. I wish I could say this is isolate but it isn’t. This is the worst run office I’ve ever gone to. The fault is mine for not switching sooner but that will be corrected. The desk staff is disengaged, generally playing on their phone which is ironic since I get get them to answer the office phone whenever I call. Just embarrassing. Thst said Dr Jensen is a rock star but one doctor can’t do it all

I trusted this place with my health and being hung up on repeatedly by the staff here has lead me to writing this review. You don’t hang up on people that are following up after another hospital visit because this place has failed as a health provider. The appointment I’m Still waiting on should have been suggested months ago but since I’m dealing with a bunch of pill pushers that don’t believe in dangerous medication interactions, I’m forced to wait like 8 visits to the ER in 2 months is normal. This place deserves to be investigated.

Caitlin Kunichika: Just WOW! The staff is amazing and the process was so easy and honestly ideal for littles! We reserved a time and when we got there we were seen without 5 minutes of our scheduled time. This was a drive for us (about 50 mins) but it beats having to wait in an ER or urgent care waiting room for an extended amount of time with a sick toddler. I highly recommend this place and will continue to make the trip when we need to

Reminded constantly that you are not alone and the support is there for you. Dr Sanders sits and answers all your questions. You leave feeling so well informed and ready to start your journey. The medical staff and nursing staff are amazing! Especially Brooke, she is a blessing for me. Worked so hard to help me when things were tossed at me and I couldn’t navigate them. She stepped in and saved the day! Always reminded me I wasn’t alone and she was only a phone call away. Went above and beyond to get me to surgery day. Amazing staff and amazing doctors and amazing facilities! No regrets
