Sally LaBarr Took my Granddaughter here to her first visit, all the staff was great. The receptionist greeted us right off and paperwork completed. The Dental hygienist talked her through the procedure and the Dentist examined her teeth and made a plan for follow up. It is a busy place, parking was an issue, but it was my first time so there may be additional parking elsewhere.

Megan Shetler First orthodontics appointment went wonderful! It was a last minute appointment, I had to bring all five of my children. That many children at an appointment can be stressful. The staff were extremely accommodating and kind. The orthodontist was very thorough. We are excited to begin our orthodontic journey!

Sally Durbin Overall, I enjoy going here which is not something I would typically say about the dentist. However, the staff are always friendly and do their best to make sure I am comfortable. I have had a recent negative experience there however— I currently have an infection and was referred elsewhere for an extraction which can’t be done until May. Amoxicillin has not been helpful in calming things down for the time being. Recently spoke to Kaitlin at reception, not the dentist, who decided no further or alternative treatments should be tried. Instead, I should just call the other dentist to try and get the extraction sooner (this place currently only doing extractions on Fridays and I’m already on the cancellation list). This has honestly disappointed me as a patient and I feel like my concerns are not being heard. I really do, otherwise, enjoy going here. This has all just been a very anxiety-ridden experience for me dealing with this infection since February and worrying about this impacting me and my health negatively in other ways.

Arianna Mason I was so nervous to go because I had not been to the dentist in over 11 years. They were so welcoming and felt like family, the lady that cleaned and examined my teeth( I cant remember her name) was absolutely amazing and I felt such a sense of comfort talking with her. I left there feeling wonderful and my teeth were in pretty good shape considering I havent been in so long! 10/10 recommend to anyone with dental needs.

JOSHUA JERRY I wish I could give this place a 100 stars for a rating but I cant everyone here at the dental center in malone is really nice and understand Im Autistic and I get nervous with dental work not only I felt less anxiety I felt like everyone was understanding very nice staff who work here I will definitely be coming back for my dentures and future dental work

Jennifer Dihrberg All they do is cancel all the time and give you a run around when they actually see you after a three month wait and you get empty promises. I went in July for a broken tooth it is now January and I have been canceled on three times with no relief .I have been begging for help since July I have insurance and have been approved for everything and it is medically necessary the work in need done and still no help. Now it almost gone and no help.i would say dont go here. The staff are nice but that is all

D T This place is a joke I had issues with my teeth my face swollen and in pain I had Medicade and still they would not even see me I had to go to the Emergency room just to get antibiotics and pain reliever then ended up going to Plattsburgh to actually get the help I needed. This place in Malone should be shut down

Anne Hartson Son went because he chipped two bottom front teeth, had some pain and discomfort from the sharp edges, receptionist was great getting him in same day. But the female dentist did absolutely nothing to help him besides set him up for a cleaning in over a month then said shed fill the two teeth then. So now he waits for over a month before the sharp edges get fixed at all. Very unhappy with the dentist.

Tom Gross I havent seen the dentist in over ten years Dr. Epstein was a down to earth guy who made me feel comfortable. His team and him are also very respectful and friendly. I was in and out with in 20 minutes with the ending verdict of no cavities! Thank you :) You guys are awesome!

Elizabeth Bronson This is one clinic that should not be open to the public! I am surprised they have not been sued to be honest. I was fitted for dentures in 2019. Here we are in 2025 and I cannot even wear my dentures because they have never fit properly and its to the point where they have caused ulcers throughout my mouth. I have not eaten in a week because of this. I told them in the beginning my dentures did not fit comfortably. Their solution was to operate on my jaw to make the dentures fit. Why is my body being altered for a piece of plastic??? After getting 2 second opinions, I was told that jaw surgery would make it so no dentures would be able to fit because there would not be any bone for the dentures to grasp on to. Something is not right here. Why cant we actually have a good dr up here that doesnt just care about a pay check? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! Youre better off pulling your teeth with pliers.

Most times when you start with a new dentist they tell you everything your doing wrong and start talking about everything they need to fix. This appointment was completely different. I left feeling great about working with this practice. All the staff was great, friendly and professional.
