1 /5 Daniella Clarke: I always used to love this practice and felt very comfortable there but my most recent appointment will most likely result in me never coming back. the front desk girls have zero compassion and understanding for mental health and panic attacks. I also filled out a survey which better explains my situation on a personal level but I thought a public review was needed as I dont want anyone else to come here seeking mental or emotional assistance because the lack of compassion and the embarrassment caused by the treatment I recieved there could be make it or break it for some people. my NP is great though, this is nothing bad against stella. shes a great addition there.

1 /5 Ella Bunn: I was trying to call this morning to see when my appointment is since it was booked months ago. I was also hoping to see if there was any earlier openings. Im currently suffering in pain in my shoulder from impingement syndrome and in order to get my physical therapy and to continue following up with an orthopedic I need a referral. I no longer have a primary care provider cuz my previous primary care provider will not do this because shes not in network with my insurance provider and thats who needs the referral So here it is almost 8:15 am and every time I call this number it says the office is closed when clearly it says they open at 8:00. As a healthcare provider, you should be making sure your employees are ready, willing, and able to assist patients at 8:00 a.m. when the office opens.

3 /5 Arden VanNatten: I give this location a 3 star review. Dr Savla is great and takes his time with his patients. Nice having a blood draw location on-site. However, urgent care is a joke. I went to urgent care a couple weeks ago and saw the P.A for approximately 45 seconds (no exaggeration). The front office is nice but are not trained completely or just dont do their jobs very well. Ever since St. Peters take over telephone hold times are 15+ minutes.

3 /5 Elisa Noguera: Doctors and nurses are great it’s the people in the front who act like they run the place . You guys need to hire people who are respectful and actually like their job . Because the people in the very front will ruin your business. You guys have been open for less than 5 years and your front staff are giving you guys a bad rep. Maybe some sort of electronic sign in instead of talking to the people in the front would be great.

5 /5 Sylvia Washington: April of the year 2020, I was admitted into the hospital for COVID 19. I woke up in the ICU days later after fainting at home. Ellis nursing staff nursed me back to health. They were so gentle and kind!!! Im a resident of Schenectady and I was born at Ellis hospital. Ive never had a negative experience here. Blessings to Ellis!!!
